We normally ask that you book your appointment in advance as our schedule gets pretty booked. However if you need us same day Calling is your best bet. We will try our best to accommodate. We ask that if you need to change your appointment you do it within 24 hours of your appointment. We use Eco friendly and Pet friendly products that we make exclusively.

I've been using Maid Share for years. I recently decided to move and I knew Fatima and her team would be perfect to help me pack and get prepared for the movers. Fatima stayed over 6 hours, carefully cleaning and placing things in boxes. Given the current circumstances, I asked her to take a same day in home Covid test along with me so we'd both feel comfortable, and she was more than happy to do so (I am grateful I found them). I used Maid Share's services again on 12/21 for a general housecleaning. Im currently on bedrest and needed some tidying up, but Christina went above and beyond. She was courteous, efficient and excellent at cleaning our space. My husband and I both work from home, and she maneuvered around us with no disruption. Booking with Maid Share was easy and convenient—I love that they have an online system where you can select exactly what you need done and see the different costs. Natanya was great—the place was sparkling clean when she left. I was a little nervous about having a cleaner come because we have some very delicate artwork, but she was careful to avoid it while still cleaning around it. Definitely recommend! I've booked with them through the rest of the year.

An absolute terrible experience. I paid over $600 for a deep clean. I have a regular housekeeper that comes once a week and am a very neat person. I intended on getting a deep cleaning service to prepare for the winter and holiday season. The team showed up and left multiple standard tasks unfinished--dishes not cleaned, unmade bed, kitchen floor that looked like someone had dumped dirt all over the place and not vacuumed etc. After reporting to the team and sending countless emails and texts...their solution was to come back and 'fix those things' vs offer a full clean or any refund. Safe to say

Maid Share came yesterday for a deep cleaning in our 3 bedroom apartment. It was greatly needed after spending so much time at home during the pandemic. They did a great job, got to hard to reach places and got things cleaner than expected in the kitchen and bathroom. Their products smell really great too, very fresh and not a heavy cleaning product smell of traditional products. Dust, dirt and dog hair build up all gone!! Would recommend!

My biggest question was how will they know where everything belongs ? But honestly my cleaner put things in places that created more space and looked better! I’m like, why didn’t I think to put that there

This is my first time doing a cleaning service, and I'm happy that I went with Maid Share. They're communicative, black-owned, and they really care about the service they offer. When my cleaner couldn't do a specific part of the cleaning I requested because of lack of equipment (through a miscommunication) Fatima reached out and handled the issue, and came the next morning half an hour early and went over the problem areas, in addition to double checking every room with me. She also went over a few things that were missed in my initial deep cleaning. I felt listened to and respected. Everyone here

Maid Share is amazing! I started with a deep clean as recommended by the service and then followed up with monthly cleanings through the very easy-to-use online scheduler. Monasia does a wonderful job every time. She is detail-oriented and extremely organized, and leaves my home feeling clean and beautiful. We used maid share based on the reviews here and we were not disappointed! From start to finish, they were communicative and efficient every step of the way. We had a pretty extensive move in clean (as you will see in the pictures) and we were able to customize our services to get exactly what we needed. Although they won't be cheapest like a lot of other places, you are paying for the QUALITY of their work and their impeccable service. Their prices are fair and what is included is clear. We will absolutely use them again!

I had a good experience with Maid Share. I have a lot of indoor allergies and needed a deep cleaning after months of quarantine. Though the cleaner missed a few small things on the first go-round, Fatima followed up immediately and made a plan to get the cleaner back the next day. I heard about Maid Share from a friend and was lucky enough to meet the owner of operation! Fatima knows the ins and outs of safe non toxic cleaning practices and is very proffesional and passionate. I am hooked to her safe all natural cleaning products. They are more effective compared to the junk you can buy in the stores. Great scheduling and easy to communicate with - found and communicated through the Yelp app. They were even willing to work within my budget for a move-in deep cleaning.
Quality was about right for a routine "weekly" cleaning, definitely wasn't a deep clean. I would consider using them for more routine cleaning.

UPDATE: I have been with Fatima and Maidshare from the beginning, over two years now. I consider Fatima part of the family. She secretly decorated our apartment when we got engaged and left us HOME MADE chocolate dipped strawberries! She is literally and figuratively working her butt off to run a top notch business. She's very picky about who she hires and her standards are over the top. I've only once mentioned a slight issue after another employee cleaned us, not because I'm that picky but because I know she would give me the riot act if I didn't tell her something wasn&apos

Maid share does the cleaning for my grandmother. Grandma has very high standards for her floors and Maid Share meets this expectations. we have had no problems but I'm confident they would fix any issues. We use their organic cleaning products, would highly recommend them!!!

My roommates and I really enjoyed our experience with Maidshare. They were timely and super organized and the price was perfect. My roommate stayed at the apt while they were working and she said that it was so astounding how quickly one person with a broom can work (also it was great work). We will for sure be using again.
