Keith is the absolute best! I texted him about a washing machine I had that stopped working. He diagnosed it quickly and gave me straightforward advice that it probably wasn't worth fixing and I should consider buying a new washer. He then took time to talk to me about which brands and types of washers would be the best fit for my family. What service! A seriously nice guy. Can't recommend him enough.

After a terrible experience with another company, an early phone call to Keith yielded high quality same day service. Originally, he was booked a week out, but a cancellation allowed him to repair same day.
He uses shorter than average repair windows and texts when he’s on his way. These minor adjustments make his service outstanding compared to the other guys.

Keith did an amazing job fixing our dryer. He was quick to respond to our request. I texted him on Wednesday late afternoon and he came Friday morning. He diagnosed, fixed, and cleaned our dryer in one hour. Pricing was very fair and communication was great. I would definitely recommend him.

Contacted Keith about our dishwasher on the Sunday before Memorial day. He got back to me and we scheduled a time on Tuesday to have him check it out. After diagnosing the problem he gave me multiple options along with pro's & con's to each option. He had to order the part, and returned the same day the part arrived to install it.
