Most model numbers are located on a tag around the opening where your appliance door closes, but not on the actual door itself. If the tag is in a spot where you can't quite read it, consider taking a picture with your phone. It didn't take long to figure out that Tracy Jones was an A++ service professional. He quickly replaced the gasket on our French Door refrigerator, which was still under warranty. But, above and beyond, he answered my question about the bottom freezer door jumping when pulled open from the left side (it's an intentional feature), made suggestions about what to store where, what I could do to extend the life of specific parts, and did a thoughtful job of leveling the fridge and aligning the French doors before he left. We've always been satisfied with appliance services in the past, but this experience

Tracy Jones was an amazing technical support who repaired our dishwasher. He is a very friendly person easy to interact and respectful. Besides, he knows what he is doing so I can say that he is a quick technician problem solver. Tracy was absolutely amazing. He came early, was incredibly knowledgeable, and took the time to go over “best appliance care” for our other appliances since we are first time home buyers. Seriously this guy deserves a raise, bonus, and anything else the company could give him because he was SUCH a joy. He genuinely enjoys his job and it shows. I will be happy to have all future repairs with Tracy.
