I would highly recommend this company. The owner is very knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to explain what he was doing and what was wrong with the washing machine. I really appreciated the explanation and education he provided. The prices are very reasonable as well.

We had an issue with our washing machine not draining. The issue was diagnosed and we were given options and weighed fixing vs getting a new machine. We chose to move forward with a repair and when the replacement part did not fix the issue and it became apparent it was something else that was not working, Coach Z refunded the labor charges. Very professional and more concerned about getting the diagnostics correct than compensation for labor. Coach Z wasn’t satisfied that we had paid for a new part that didn’t fix the issue. Not only did he refund labor cost but also uninstalled the replacement

Came to take a look at our dryer and, after diagnosing the problem and explaining it in a way I actually understood, gave us details on the various options to resolve the issues. While we ended up not having the dryer fixed — replacement was the better option — Jeff gave us lots of advice on the replacement. They were polite, efficient, fairly priced and we would definitely use them again.

Wanted to review Coach Z’s appliance repair even though I didn’t actually get service done. The guy on the phone was very upfront and thorough with me about the price and what the problem was. Gave me great advice, and as a consumer, it was refreshing.
Definitely would recommend these guys. Hard to find good, honest, people these days.
