On 8/25 I put a claim into our home warranty place. On 8/26 I received a call from Rick stating that he was booked until 8/28, however, could come out today in the next 1/2 hr to look at my fridge as that is important. Came out took a look, fixed and gave my fair pricing as the home warranty did not cover something he was doing.

We had problems with our newly bought washing machine. We had another company in but their fix, well, didn't fix it. Rick came in, diagnosed the problem, showed me what was causing the problem, and explained how he would fix it. The part needed to be ordered, which was really quick, and he was back in a couple of days to finish the work. Highly recommend!

I emailed Rick for his opinion on a problem with my front load washing machine "walking" across the floor during the spin cycle, an ongoing problem a prior repair company could not fix, despite multiple visits to do so. I asked his opinion with the intent on a possible service call if he thought he could fix it. We exchanged several emails back and forth and we finally connected by phone. Rick spend around 20 minutes with me, giving me multiple scenario's to evaluate, find out what other avenue's had been exhausted by the prior repair company when they came out, and additional ideas to explore

I put a claim into our home warranty on 8/25. The morning of 8/26 Rick called me and stated that he was booked until 8/30, however, worked with customers with Fridge problems. He stated that he could be at my place in the next 1/2 hrs. Upon arrival he looked at my fridge and gave me a few options. Due to the fact that my home warranty did not allow for some service, Rick stated he would work with me. He fixed the problem and worked with me as well. He was fair price, knowledgeable, and honest. He stated to me that in the next years I would budget for a new fridge.
