Appliance Service Unlimited of Middleton is a family-owned business that has proudly served the greater Madison area since 1958. They are licensed professionals that provide an exceptional level of service to their customers. Thirty years ago, sister and brother team, Jan and Jerry, bought Appliance Service Unlimited of Middleton to provide a business that offers service and parts for kitchen and laundry equipment.
Refrigerator is too cold. Refrigerator is not cold enough. Built in ice maker is not working. Ice cubes are deformed or a solid mass. Water dispenser is not dispensing water and or ice. Frost build up in freezer of fresh food Section. Refrigerator is noisy (Clunking, Grinding or Whining). Door not closing completely.
Washer is not starting. Washer is not draining. Washer is not spinning the water from the clothing well. Washer stops mid-cycle and displays an error code. There is a lot of vibration. Control panel is not responding or is dark. Door is not shutting or opening properly. Water is leaking onto the floor.

Trust this service and service person, Garrett, however it's been a frustrating sequence of events and we've been without a washer for approx. 5 weeks. Misdiagnosed problem initially (not Garrett), ordered part that wasn't needed, ordered correct part, part didn't arrive, and now when installing the correct new part another part has to be replaced which is on order. I realize this is all part of circumstances for most part beyond anyone's control ...still a bit frustrating. But in the scheme of life this is just a blip.. we would use Appliance Service Unltd again in the future. Most often we receive

Fresh vegetables were occasionally freezing in refrigerator. Sensor was replaced and a couple of weeks later the same problem started. Tech checked fan and it was okay. Refrigerator temperature set at 40 and problem is solved for now. Thanks

Technician came to my house 4 times, still cannot get the dishwasher fixed. They cannot even identify the problem. They changed the panel. They changed the dispenser. They even ordered the wrong dispenser at the second time. I would not recommend this company. They asked me to wait another week to get another technician to come. I already waited for a month to get my dishwasher fixed. I'm very disappointed about their service.
