Mario Escobar has a great team working for him. They are polite, efficient, and clean. I had my master bath totally remodeled, kitchen counters replaced, and guest bathroom update with new vanity, fixtures and lighting. They were able to work on my schedule with preplanning as I have two dogs and moved out for that period of time. Mario is a great problem solver -nothing is a problem and I couldn't have designed as well without his experience and great eye. Valuable asset to anyone needing a contractor.

Mario Escobar is a fantastic GC. As a real estate broker, I have met and worked with many! I can confidently say that Mario is the best and I have referred him to may of my clients. Two years ago I had a contractor walk off the job after I had a flood in my personal home. I was super stressed as it was close to Christmas and my kitchen and downstairs was torn apart. Mario pulled his crew off of one of his own investment properties so that I could have a finished house and Christmas for my girls. I think we put up a tree just as the flooring was being installed!

Mario and his crew did an excellent job on hardwood floor installation in our 2 story house. Very professional, highly skilled, reasonably priced and detail oriented. Would recommend this company to anyone who is planning to get any kind of remodeling work done.

We call Mario the "magic man"! He took on our remodel project of a 1965 house in Rancho Bernardo that other contractors wouldn't even bid on--He listened to us, patiently, as we put in front of him countless design plans. Edgewood did a total remodel on a 50 yr old mobile home that had seen better days. I was told one thing by the realtor and her “contractor” daughter as far as cost and what the home would look like once completed but was taken for a ride. Mario and his crew made a beautiful place for me to live in. I was left with an unsafe gutted shell & they made it into a beautiful place for me to live in.
