5 star service. It makes everything so clear. My wife was shocked that the windows were cleaned so good. The technician arrived on time and perform the work very carefully. It took about 5 hour for a single person finishing all the window clean. I definitely will be the returned customer next time!

Easy to talk with while he was working and very careful not to break my roof tiles which I was so concerned. Turned out not a single tile broke. He was on time. I would recommend to anybody to do business with Shine Bright.

Shine bright came to my house today and wow! Our windows hadn't been cleaned since we finished a remodel and they were incredibly dirty. We paid for the deep cleaning option because there was so much gunk in the tracks that it was hard to close our windows.
I wasn't home for the first part of the cleaning but I felt comfortable enough giving them the code to the door lock and get started. At one point I even chatted with the tech on my ring camera and asked that he start in our bedroom so I could bring my dog home and put her in there while he finished. He obliged and when I got home

The staff from Shine Bright is courteous, organized, professional and very responsive. The gentleman who came to the house was, again, courteous , organized, and very efficient when he proceeded to do the cleaning. He cleaned the windows inside and out, cleaned all the window tracks, and all of the screens were thoroughly cleaned and replaced without any damage to the frames and the screens. I would use their service again without hesitation.

My home in La Jolla, Ca had some long standing stains on the stucco wall. I was told by some consultants that it had to be either painted or new stucco applied to the entire house. Shine Bright had power washed my travertine wall previously, so I had them take a look at it. When Trevor Cook, the owner took a look at it, he thought they could remove the stains that had built up over the years. Edgar and Desmond came out and spent a few hours washing it and it looks great. They were very efficient and careful not to damage any of the glass or structures on the balconies. Very professional operation

I've hired Shine Bright on several occasions and the work they've done has always been outstanding. Just had Marco from Shine Bright do all of our windows inside and out. Great job!!! Marko was fast and made sure we were happy with every window. Some of our windows were high and hard to get to but he did a great job on those as well. This is the second time we have used Shine Bright SanDiego and have been extremely happy both times. I would highly recommend them.

Very professional people. Hana and Trevor did the scheduling and free consulting. Two people showed up at the right time and cleaned all the windows as well screens. I will ask them again next time when the windows need cleaning again.

The two young men who arrived for my appointment (and I was late) were cheerful and quick! They had completed all of the outside windows before I got home, now folks that's service with a capital "T."
They removed all the screens and cleaned the inside windows thoroughly!
Sight to the outside world!!!! Hallelujah

The good: workers showed up on time, in masks and were polite. They cleaned up after themselves. The glass on the windows and doors were clean. The company has both commercial and worker's compensation insurance. I was provided with supporting paperwork.
The mediocre: multiple interior window ledges were not cleaned.
My previous window service removed the screens and washed them outside. This service "dusted" the screens in place

BEWARE of Shine Bright San Diego!!! My experience with them has been BEYOND horrible! I recently installed brand new windows throughout my entire house, including 2 large sliding glass doors, 3 french doors and 16 windows. After they were installed I searched for a glass cleaning company and settled on Shine Bright San Diego because of their stellar reviews. What a mistake! The job they did left every single one of my windows (all 21 of them) with DEEP scratches throughout, and no responsibility from Shine Bright or their insurance company!

We have put our house on the market and they came out at the only time that would work for our stagers, realtors, electrician, etc. They were very accommodating and did a fabulous job. You never know how dirty and gross your windows were until you have your windows professionally cleaned. They look amazing!!
