Dreadful. They’re dragging their feet getting the part needed and keep pushing back the timeframe as what’s needing to be done is covered under the warranty. We were originally told the part would be in on Thursday and installed Friday now they’re projecting for the part to be at the distributors on Tuesday. Save your time, energy and effort and try a company that keeps to their word.

I’m a landlord and live far away from my condo in Charlotte. The first hvac company I had look at my place quoted me for a brand new system. I am the owner of Anytime Fitness in Matthews/Stallings NC. Comfort Control has been servicing my HVAC needs at my business for the better part of 3 years now. Each time their service technicians have come to do their regular seasonal PM on my HVAC units (I have 4 of them) they have been friendly, professional and very knowledgeable.
