Just wanted to let you know that the crew did a fantastic job and I am very happy with the work Jerry McSwain's and Jonathan's professionalism and communications with me. The crew was very responsive and cleaned up all their work. Showed when they were supposed to and I was comfortable with them so much so that I felt I could leave the house for some business meetings. Very responsive to come out and quote and went over and above to do somethings that I asked after they started. Would highly recommend this group.

Ross & Witmer is the company and Jerry McSwain is the man! We had a new heat/ac system installed two weeks ago and as a retired field tech myself (not HVAC) I can tell you these are some hard working people that did a fantastic job for us. Jerry went above and beyond by stepping in to tweak a wiring issue that was the fault of the builders 42 years ago. Jerry knew exactly what to do and it was done in a few minutes, How many salesmen do you know that get their hands dirty and really know their stuff??? I had issues with my A/C and called my usual service provider. They concluded that the evap coil needed to be replaced. I agreed to their quote, but never heard back until 2 months later after multiple calls.
After a few weeks of waiting, I gave Ross & Witmer a call. They came out and came to the same conclusion. I authorized the work and put a deposit down. A week later the part was delivered and ready for install.
Scott & Johnathan were great! Explained the work, were prompt and courteous.

I had an issue with my furnace. The service tech, Jonathan, was the absolute best! He took the time to explain everything to me. He did not try to rush through anything. He stuck around for a while after everything was fixed to make sure everything kept working properly. It is rare to find this level of service now adays. I will definitely call Ross & Witmer (& hopefully can have Jonathan) for any future repair needs/service/upgrades I may need.

Years ago, a co-worker recommend R&W for my A/C issues. They were great, technicians friendly, helpful, on time and reasonably priced. I even used their service contract but then it only saved me $5.00 so I quit that. But over the years, they have gotten much more expensive. For instance, what they performed several years ago, the exact same thing they had done before, all the sudden went up. I understand price increase but close to seventy dollars and the only thing that changed was they started using a hand held computer for the invoices. Ok, I get it, not happy about it but I get it

The other terrific service they offer is doing energy audits. Their auditor, Brandon, is friendly, polite, and punctual. The energy audit is comprehensive: they go under your crawl space, check ducts, go into the attic and take a read on the insulation, and they also check indoors for drafts.
