We had a brand new HVAC unit installed at our house by Sky HVAC back in August and the heat was not working when it was time to turn it on. We called back in November and they were prompt to come out and inspect the work that was done and fixed it within the same week. The technicians were friendly and provided great service. Would definitely use them in the future.

The furnace side of my combo HVAC went out a few weeks ago right when it was starting to cool off outside. After having a few other companies come out and look at the unit, my Sky technician Mack confirmed what the other companies had told me and quoted me a fix that was significantly cheaper than the others I was given. He also did a great job of explaining what was wrong and how my system should be working. Mack also let me know that due to the age of my unit, even after fixing what had gone wrong, he couldn’t guarantee that the system wouldn’t break down again in the next year, so without

Our AC stopped working so I called SKY, who we’ve trusted to maintain our system before. Adam was our tech and called prior to arrival (and on the front end of their service call window, which was nice). Adam was friendly and professional and cleaned out our condensate drip line which has become clogged. He also checked the compressor for any leaks as a general maintenance courtesy and luckily all looked great. We renewed our annual service contract with SKY and highly recommend them. Great work!

Joel did a great job addressing some issues that came up on my home inspection report. There was duct that was on the ground in various areas. Joel was fast, thorough and professional! Customer service is extremely important to me and I can tell that Joel cares about the customer. Joel made sure that he addressed each area of concern and made sure I was satisfied before he left! Sky HVAC is our new go-to! They came to service our HVAC the same day we called, after another HVAC company could not schedule us at all. Our serviceman was very professional and was extremely knowledgeable about our mini split HVAC. He took the time to email us an estimate as well for the repair of the split HVAC. They are our new go-to HVAC company!
