We were referred to A1 Concrete Leveling of Greenwood by a landscaping company to raise and level areas of our sidewalk that were dropping. We live in Brown County Indiana on a slope to Sweetwater Lake. The A1 Concrete Leveling team came out to our home, discussed the project and sent us a quote within 3 business days. We have several projects going on this spring/summer and leveling our concrete was a dependency on two of the projects. At first I was pleased with the work performed by A1 concrete leveling. But within my one-year warranty, my driveway began to settle again! I called back up within that year, and your salesman named Jim lavery came to my home and said yes I needed sections to be redrilled and filled. That was the end of May!! I have called three times to see where and when the service will be done. All I get is "oh let me find out when and I'll call you back"! What's the point of giving a year's warranty? This is very disturbing, I hope this get someone's attention!!

Had a sagging patio that needed to be lifted up to eliminate a trip hazard and just look nicer in the backyard. I contacted the guys at A-1 at a home show (pre-covid) and had a quote within a week. After all the hoops of dealing with Covid and construction limits, when A-1 contacted me and said they'd be out at noon, they showed up at the stroke of noon. Right on time. They worked quickly, carefully, and very politely. BOOM! I was really concerned about how this would turn out. My options were very limited, lift and hope or replace. FYI, replacement would have probably cost me $10k! The A1 guys, Ryan & Tristen came in, told me how it would work and what the results would be. They had no problem sharing the process and discussing expected outcomes. Fantastic service leveling my home's slab. Greg and his staff arrived on time, answered all my questions and kept me up on their process as they went along...even helping replace my carpet when finished in just over an hour. Price was great as well. Would certainly recommend them to anyone I know.

ADDED INFO...DON'T LET THE RESPONSE FROM A-1 FOOL YOU!!! I sent two emails and never got any response...BEWARE!!! Had our home repaired by A-1 early 2010 and received a lifetime warranty when the work was done. We have since found out that the work was not completed correctly and our home is right back where it was before the work was done. We contacted the corporate office early 2017 about the warranty. According to the corporate office, the franchise that did the work no longer has the franchise and did shoddy work. In July of this year we finally received a call from the franchise now serving

I had a great experience with A1. It was a small job correcting the slope of a few sidewalk slabs that were pitching toward my house. Good communication from ownership leading up to my scheduled appointment. Friendly, competent crew. Worked quickly, but didn't hurry (there's a big difference!) and cleaned up prior to leaving. Will call again.
