Foundation straightening is a fairly simple procedure for us at Olivieri & Son. To start, we excavate the wall from the outside and jack it back into its original position. We then reinforce your wall and go through the waterproofing process to prevent this from happening again. The important step in this process is backfilling with #57 premium wash gravel to grade to relieve any pressure against your foundation.

Rocco and the Team did an amazing job from start to finish.
I met with Rocco several times, even on Sunday’s, to discuss options and finalize what would happen.
Once finalized they handled all of the details (paperwork, permits, HAVAC disconnect / reconnect, etc) and completed the work in 2-days.
They were very good about saving the shrubbery surrounding the home and leaving the work zone in good shape when completed.
Highly recommend this Team.

Ricco Olivieri & Sons did not work on my property. However, by the time they left our neighborhood four formerly friendly families, were no longer speaking to one another, and the police had to be called. I offer this review as a very negative character reference of Ricco Olivieri.

Rocco and his entire crew were a pleasure to do business with. Rocco came out promptly to inspect my house. He is very down-to-earth and easy to talk to, and I could tell right away that he is an expert on waterproofing a house the right way. He didn’t pressure me at all to get the job done, like some other contractors do. I could tell that he is a very genuine person and that he would do his best to ensure I didn’t get any more water in my basement.

Rocco & Mark are the best! They took care of a back flow and waterproofing issue at my rental property and they handled everything from permits, to completing the job in under 3 days, and cleaned up everything very professionally. My experience with Rocco and crew was wonderful, start to finish. We had a drainage issue with our new (5 year old) house, and learned our drain tile was holding water. Rocco came to our property twice to inspect before repairs, and talked through his concerns with us, going out of his way to call and touch base to review his plan for excavation and explaining his processes. His crew was INCREDIBLY hard working, professional, and had great attention to detail. Not only were they courteous on site, but they maintained my yard and cleaned up beautifully every day.
