Our comprehensive product line for residential and commercial applications includes engineered solutions for tension, compression, and structural stabilization in many different soils. We repair many types of foundation issues. There are certain guidelines that are used to assess the recommended course of repair.
We have 3 primary foundation repair products that can make an extremely costly foundation repair a somewhat affordable repair. Helical piers (also known as helical piles) are used to repair an existing structure and also for new construction in place of micropiles, caissons, geopiers or other deep foundation systems.
They can also be used instead of an over- excavation. The helical pier can be both time and cost effective. When helical piers are used to repair an existing structure, they are "screwed" into the soil until a pre-determined torque is reached. A bracket is then placed on the steel shaft and positioned under the footing of the structure, transferring the load of the structure to the helical piers.

Services
Our expanding population requires more and more land for housing, both primary and recreational, business and industry, roads, airports, municipal services, etc. This demand has caused, and will continue to cause, development on less-than-adequate soils. This inadequacy generally translates into the settlement and/or heave of structures built on this soil.
Underpinning in a nutshell: Underpinning is a method used to increase the foundation depth to repair faulty foundations therefore suppling structural support to the footer. This might be the case if you plan to add stories to an existing structure or when your existing foundation has been damaged. Underpinning is also a method of lifting or stabilizing a sinking or settling foundation.
Wall Tiebacks When your wall has both cracking and moderate movement, you are a candidate for this type of repair. Wall Tiebacks are mainly used when the goal is to prevent any further lateral movement. The advantage to wall tiebacks is the cost factor. This type of repair is generally one half of the cost of rebuilding a foundation.
Carbon Fiber Wall Straps Using carbon-fiber kevlar sheet straps in combination with specifically designed epoxies, foundations can now be repaired and arrested with little to no obtrusiveness. The repaired bowed basement wall can then be painted thereby creating an almost invisible repair, thereby increasing the resale value of your home.

Report
We decided to hire Wall Anchors of Northern Ohio for a basement wall rebuild after consulting with several other companies. Scott Jones was very helpful during this process. The project was scheduled during this winter and I was assured that the weather would not affect anything. The project was estimated to take approximately 5 days. The laborers, Chad and Bud, arrived on time each day and worked extremely hard despite the cold. Unfortunately, the main water line was exposed during the excavation process by the lead operator which I was not aware of. The main water line froze over the weekend
