Services
Foundation Repair Akron is a full-service concrete, masonry, and brick contractor. We are fully licensed and insured company made up of a team of basement contractors, foremen, structural engineers and other technicians. We have been in business as a foundation repair company for more than 20 years in northeast Ohio.
Our foundation repair foremen, contractors, engineers, and technicians are skilled and experienced in restoring, rebuilding residential and commercial foundations, basements, crawl spaces, and masonry. If it pertains to your foundation, we can fix it. While we specialize in repairing cracks, bowing walls, settling foundations, and sagging floors, we offer a full range of solutions for troubled foundations.
With our harsh winters and hot summers in Akron and northeastern Ohio, cracking in foundation walls and floors is common - especially for older homes and structures. Small hairline cracks, in most instances, shouldn't be cause for alarm. That type of minor cracking is most often a result of the natural process of concrete curing.
Foundation and basement walls are constantly under pressure from surrounding soils. Those soils expand and contract from time to time, making walls susceptible to bowing, buckling, leaning, tipping and bulging. If you witness a leaning wall in your basement, the problem is one that started months - if not years - ago.
Due to their immense size and weight, houses, building and other structures naturally and gradually sink into the soil below. This settling is caused by climate and soil conditions. Much like small, non-threatening cracks in concrete walls, a small amount of foundation thinking is to be expected - especially for newly-constructed homes.

Critical: Responsiveness
So I called these jokers about a project I had. The guy gave me his cell phone number to send pics of the problem. I sent the pics and no response. What kind of business is this. Of course maybe he gave me the wrong number on purpose.
