Frustration after Frustration after Frustration. They say they will get things done and dont. They said they would have the pool by mid- July and its still not complete (as of 8/16) By the way one of the 5 star reviews is done by an employee - typical of their character. They continuously make commitments they don't keep. They say they will send people to do work and dont. They say they will have work done by a specified time and dont. They have terrible supervision if any, Because they couldn't make the schedule they committed to I gave them my labor force to use (I'm a contractor also) and then

Starting out for my project, I knew exactly what I needed and was looking for a company who would help me realize my vision and get every detail right. After several quotes, Waterworx was the only company who took the time to get every detail right! They did everything perfect and quickly had the entire job done on time. We shopped around until we found Waterworx and they seemed like the perfect fit for us. Mario was very easy going and walked us through the whole process. We wanted a pool remodel and he was very patient when we couldn’t decide on materials. Our backyard is beautiful and our family loves it

I was referred to Waterworx Pools by a friend and they exceeded my expectations. I live far from their typical area but they were happy to meet with me and answer the endless number of questions I had. As with most renovation projects we ran into some unexpected issues. When those issues came up Waterworx Pools kept us informed and updated while they guided and navigated through those issues. Going from an empty dirt lot to a backyard oasis is a big job to handle. Waterworx Pools delivered exactly what I wanted and I now refer them to my clients, friends and family.
