One of the worst experiences I've had with a company. The team of David, Jacob and Simon are very good at selling their services and (covering for each other) but definitely not following through with company promises. Yes, they were polite but polite does not mean that they (crew) will do a good job. Everything that was told to me concerning the Attic cleaning and insulation job was contradicted by the fast , sloppy, and incomplete work. They will promise thorough cleaning and sanitizing but be warned that as a homeowner, you must check their work at periodic stages during the job. They got

Customer service needs major improvement and internal communications needs to be better. I was told they would be at our house between 1-3 and they didn't show up. Changed to 3-5 and was told specifically the technician would be at the house at 4:30...again no one showed up.
Not quite sure why they needed to speak to me over the phone several times when I had already confirmed that we would be okay with the 4:30 time.

Great experience working with Symonds and Allison. Our house had old insulation and Attic Renew 360 came and gave us a quick estimate. Got an appointment the next day to do clean, sanitize, air seal attic with r-38 insulation. Also cleaned up the crawl space and air sealed it as well. Very competitive price and professional job. Definitely recommended.

I found this company on Yelp, and the one review looked alright. The tech came to my home diagnosed the problem and made an oral guarantee the solution he offered would work. The solution he offered to an ailing heater was for him to clean the coils, and to clean all vents leading to the heating system. This solution did not work. The service tech requested the checks for services that did not remedy the problem.
I would categorize this company and place them in the genre of unskilled SCAM artist, common thieves, please

I wanted to schedule a Dryer vent cleaning within 24 hours and I got a quick response from Attic Renew. The technician arrived within the scheduled window and did a decent job. They would have gotten the 5th star if he had done a thorough job of cleaning the outside of the vent where there was a lot of lint on the floor, I know it is above and beyond but so is 5 stars.

I had the team from ATTIC RENEW 360 come inspect and spray my basement. What an amazing experience from the initial call to the end of work. They did an excellent job in my Attic. They answered all my questions regarding the quality of the foam Blowing insulation and how it was applied. I had a problem in my attic, I heard noises of rodents and it was very uncomfortable mostly at nights so I requested the service To Attic renew and they offered a free inspection, the tech representative went up there and found of course rodents and a lot of dropping so we decided to remove 900 sqft old insulation and add a new one, they did an excellent job the also sanitized and rodent proofed my attic putting metal nets around. I feel safe and very satisfied, their price was reasonable as well.

I had to do a deep cleaning to my attic because since I bought the house, I never had it done and the previous owners, I guess never cared to take care of this.
When they cleaned my attic, they found mold in my air ducts, took care of all that completely! Now I feel safe living in this house with my family.
I also replaced my insulation and my electrical bill went down by a lot! Worth every penny!
