Spray foam insulation is a great choice of insulation for attics, walls, and crawl spaces. It is mixed onsite via two tubes and then expands after being sprayed in. This makes foam insulation highly effective as it can fill all the nooks, crannies and hard to reach places. Spray foam insulation offers the highest r-values with less depth.

From our first meeting with Jacky, the field rep who was brave enough to climb into our attic and assess the job, to the completion of installing much needed insulation 2 weeks ago, Insulation Labs provided consistently excellent services. The on-site manager was polite and professional, and answered all of our questions during the installation. His crew took care to protect the bedroom where access to the attic is located. Office personnel, especially Angel, were available and also professional.

Yovani and his team arrived on time, and prepped everything nicely in order to keep the house clean while the work took place. They were kind and efficient workers. Yovani and the team did an incredibly efficient and effective installation. The old insulation removal was completely clean as they did such a professional job sealing off other parts of the home. Insulation Labs was my fourth bid. They weren't the cheapest, but Adam had a great presentation. He showed up w/ his own ladder and laser measuring tool ( others did not and I had to provide them). He gave me three different quotes on the spot. On the day ChrIs and his team of 5 showed up right on time and did exactly what Adam had said they would. Courteous, quick, quiet, super clean. This is really excellent company, professional, and efficient. It is hard not to recommend them. You will get top quality work. However, I am pretty upset regarding a proposal I received for additional work following my initial project. That's how good they are - I am really pissed, and they still get four stars. I covered my 1000sq/ft attic in insulation for a project totaling $3k. Afterwards, there were still places that needed insulation which were not in the original proposal. The square footage is under 100sq/ft, and they sent me a new proposal totaling $1.5k. I cannot figure out why

We could not be more pleased with our overall experience with Insulation Labs. After having 3 companies provide quotes, we knew that Insulation Labs was going to be our choice. Jacky, the original estimator was on time, professional, answered all questions, and was very knowledgeable.

The team did a great job. The crew of five were excellent in getting all the work done efficiently from insulation removal to clean up and sanitizing, rodent sealing, new upgraded insulation, and replacing all the ducts. The price was competitive, but most of all the crew was courteous and did a great job of sealing up the work area to protect all the furnitures from dust, etc. Thank you all!

We had Insulation Labs come and clean out our whole attic, do insulation and rat proofing. This was about a year ago. We thought everything went well at the time but we just recently went into our attic to find everything chewed up by (presumably) a rat. We didn't even have rats in our attic before but we decided to do the rat proofing just to be safe. Considering the fact that they completely cleaned out our attic, we know this is a new rat that got in there. We don't know how long it has been up there but we definitely expected the rat proofing to last at least a year.
