The office notified Nate and he came right on out after 7 pm. He was very professional, recognized the problem, gave me an estimate and had it fixed in no time. It was the first time I’ve needed AC repair and happy our neighborhood has them listed as the heat and air company to call.

We were suddenly without AC after hours on a Saturday afternoon. I called Mark Hill Heating & Air fully expecting to be put on a list and being told it would be several days before anyone could show up. Not only did Nate show up within a couple of hours but he fixed our problem that same visit within a very short time. Our a/c unit is almost 20 years old and our furnace is 41 years old so we knew we were on "borrowed time" with both units. We asked for and were given a reasonable quote for the replacement of both units. Those units have now been replaced and we are extremely happy with the services

In the heat of summer, when our AC stopped blowing cold, they were able to come that same day. Nate was a pro. Explained the issue and had everything on hand to repair and get us back cooling again. He also cleaned the unit and offered furnace service this fall/winter. All said a send done, I paid less for the repair, maintenance and pre-pay on furnace maintenance then I would have paid for the repair and AC maintenance. They have gained a customer with the way they took care of us, not just a one-time service call.

Hill and Hill are a reliable company we have used for several years. They come out and service our units twice a year. Their service guy, took it upon himself, to find two replacement panels for our units that a builder’s sub had accidentally thrown away. Who does that! So, I am sold on them. They make every effort they can in fixing a problem.

Nate did a great job diagnosing the issue and fixed it in a timely manner. We liked that he noted the original install was deficient and fixed it at no cost to us. Appreciate his professionalism and courtesy. Saw him at the grocery store 2 days later and he stopped and asked if everything was working properly. Excellent customer service.

After being a 30 year customer at another company, the only appointment available to me was 7 days away. In 90 degree weather, with no AC, that was not an option for me! Mark Hill was referred to me by a friend from church and they scheduled me for first thing the following morning. Appointment scheduler was very courteous; technician arrived on time and quickly got me back up and running. Mark Hill just gained a new, long-term customer!
