Air sealing your attic is one of the most crucial steps to maintaining the temperature of your home. Heat naturally rises to the attic, and air sealing keeps warm air from escaping. We optimize energy efficiency by sealing the parts of the ceiling where warm air is leaking into your attic. Drafty walls and cracks are the biggest contributors to high electric bills.
Attic Insulation is one of the easiest improvements you can make to your home efficiency. The first step is to eliminate gaps in the attic space using rigid foam insulation and/or spray foam. This eliminates the amount of air that is able to escape your home through the ceiling into your attic. Without a doubt, the most efficient way to insulate an attic is with expanding foam insulation.

Technician stayed in contact to time of arrival. Got stuck in the snow called to let me know was running late. Did a good job. Pricing I felt was a little high however, due to extreme weather conditions and Covid situation understandable. Would I recommend this company to someone else yes I would.

This place is incredible! They have came to our house after hours to fix what was needed because we had a newborn in the home and had to have AC. Another time an error happened in a repair that was completed and they came and fixed it right away! Everyone from the receptionist, to the owner Adam, to the repairmen are all extremely personable! I cannot speak highly enough about this company! You will not be disappointed for choosing Polar Bear Jack's!

This company was the only one that was willing to tackle a difficult repair in our bathroom. They handled our difficult repair with ease and were very professional and courteous the entire time.
