After trying to unclog the toilet, it became apparent that there was a bigger problem. He took the lids off the septic tank and the tank was about to overflow, the filter was clogged. And I had the tank pumped just three months ago. So that's a mystery. But I am so happy Jeff took care of it for a very reasonable cost.He's my new go-to plumber, and I would highly recommend him. Jeff was prompt, spent a lot of time examining the problem and used a camera to look at the pipes to see if there was any blockage.

I can't say enough great things about this company! We have an outdoor drain that clogged and water would come into our basement and flood, we needed help the next day and they were here! Chris came out and fixed the problem, nice person! Was fixed right before the second batch of heavy rain! Prices are good and workmanship is great!

I discovered a severely clogged outlet pipe in the septic system, as it had apparently gone un-pumped by my elderly parents for years. I called Jeff on Thurs afternoon, he responded immediately, and came on Friday afternoon. He worked for several hours to solve the problem and did an amazing job. When I say it was clogged, it was solid sludge for 30+ feet. He had to use MANY types of equipment to tackle this, then fished a camera through the pipe to ensure that the blockage was gone and that the distribution box appeared to be in good working order. They charged me $200 for doing absolutely nothing.
I called for service at my home to unclog my in ground pool drain. The technician came in and tried snaking the pipe after I had already told him I tried and it did not work. Guess what, it did not work for him either. So he calls Jeff for help, they both can't find a solution, then goes to the van and write up a $200 invoice for "diagnosing" fee.
I called for a clogged drain, I'm now $200 short with a clogged drain. Funny how that works.

WOW! These guys are fantastic!!! Arrived on time, brought all the correct equipment with him. Cleared the problem that 2 visits from other drain companies didn’t. Technician was knowledgeable, efficient and good at his job. He worked until the entire issue was completely resolved. Cleaned up after himself. We had a back up with our main waste drain in the basement, We called around and had one estimate (not Jeff's Drainz) that said he needed to replace our main cast iron pipe to the foundation wall and then from foundation, we would need to remove part of porch, and dig up through street to main line. The cost was going to be over $12000. I called Jeff on Christmas night due to a stubborn clogged toilet while I had visitors. He was at my house so fast, and had my toilet unclogged in no time at all. While he was over, I asked him about coming back to fix my shower drain, and he offered to do it right on the spot.
