This is my second time using KP Drains over the last few months. This time for a sewer scope prior to a significant renovation starting. They answered right away, and I got assigned Mike, my drain tech from my first service call! He was again pleasant and efficient, it was great to catch up quick. His detailed notes and observations on condition were exactly what the building department needed and it was done at a very reasonable price. Maybe it will be a bit longer between my next need, but they'll absolutely be my first call.

We called for an emergency drain clearing and they came right out. They had to come back the next day because I needed to clear some things to get the snake in. “Mike” our technician was at my house at 9:30am sharp just like he said and he was extremely professional and efficient and cleaned and disinfected the area when he was done. These will be the guys we call from now on! Highly recommend.

After having another drain company attempt to unclog my tub drain, they were unsuccessful and recommended I contact my plumber. My plumber came and checked it out and recommended I call KP Drains. I called and Mike was here within half an hour and had the tub flowing within 10 minutes. Mike was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable, I would highly recommend him and KP Drains. If I need to I will definitely use them again.

Let me preface this review by telling you that I have some experience with mainline clogs (growing up, I used to go to the Home Depot rental dept so that I could DIY them; it's a grimy job so these days I just hire out). Based on my experience, this particular problem would not have been resolved by renting an auger from HD because the obstruction would not have been relieved by a snake under 200 feet in length, and HD does not rent out augers with cables of this length. I called KP Drains to repair a clogged sink, they came right in and went to work. The guys were efficient and professional, unfortunately they needed to access the home owner's basement side of the host to remedy the clog and were not able to. I appreciate their promptness, tentative and thorough service. Once we reached a standstill they guys cleaned up so well you would not even know they were there. Unfortunately, the landlord used an insurance claim to fix the issue and needed to use a different company. That company ruined the blinds over my sink and even stained the ceiling with backsplash

Had a situation the past week which KP drains came out to fix amazingly quickly, we were referred to them by our plumber (Kevin Scott) and their tech came out, fixed the issue, provided tips on how to avoid that situation in the future. The tech was here in less than an hour from calling and our issue resolved quickly.

KP Drains was great. They were able to come out the same day. The technician was really knowledgeable and nice. We had used Roto-Rooter in the past and they charged us twice as much and didn't clean up like KP Drains. These folks were fast and fixed the problem quickly. Highly recommend!!!

Called the number and Mike returned my call right away, said he would be there within the hour to clear my main line that was backed up. Mike was awesome!! Very professional and upbeat and positive about the situation, cleared my drain and was on his way! Thanks again Mike! Would definitely recommend especially off hours like my problem.

Our downstairs plumbing was severely clogged. It got to the point where our toilet and sink were not working. We called KP Drains and they were out here within a matter of maybe two hours. Our technician was Mike. This man was absolutely amazing. He was super friendly and kept up conversation while getting the job done. I don't think I have ever seen the sink and tub drain as fast as they do now. Our toilet works again. I 100% recommend this company. We will definitely be requesting Mike again, even if it's just for maintenance. Not all heroes wear capes. Thanks again, man!

We had a flood in our basement. Two of the plumbers I called referred me to KP Drains. Drew came out and was extremely polite, professional and fast. He fixed it very quickly, cleaned up the area and then did a video of the line all for a quarter of what I expected. Highly recommend!

We had a clogging problem, worse than the Geico commercial - a DRY clog of paper that had packed into the pipe, who knows how long it had been there. KP Drains sent Andrew, who arrived right away and went to work on our system. He went above and beyond - he would NOT give up. It took a few HOURS to get the pipe clear but he did it, and cleaned up afterward! The two crazy cat ladies in the big purple house THANK YOU so much! In the end - the bill surprised both of us - we thought the charge would be higher! Merry Christmas, Andrew and the rest of the KP Drains crew!

Mike came to our house last night and fixed a clog above our main drain. We cannot thank you enough for your timeliness, kindness and professionalism. My husband and I were extra stressed as we are expecting our first child this weekend. Timing of this issue was not ideal as I have a planned induction today at the hospital. Mike came in and fixed the issue and we now have peace of mind that everything is functioning before we bring our daughter home the next few days.

The people at KP are the very best Plumbers I've ever dealt with by far. I've had 3 different pool company's come to my house and just could not figure out why I was getting no suction and nothing but air bubbles. They all had suggestions and theory's, but none of them could fix it. I was referred to KG by a friend. I called them at 8:30 this morning and by 9:30 the man was in my yard looking at it. How refreshing: a plumbing company that is punctual, courteous, competent, and DOESN'T overcharge out the wazoo! We came back from vacation to find our kitchen sink overflowing. The property management company referred us to Drain Doctor, which turned out to be a completely dysfunctional mess (review to come), and then a different person in the same p.m.c. referred us to a different plumbing company which, because they don't do drain work on weekends, referred us to KP Drains.

Update on my earlier KP Drains review: when I finally resolved my problem - after buying a brand new toilet at KP Drains' recommendation - I learned that if the KP Drains technician had merely turned my toilet upside down, he would have found what I said was likely the source of the problem all along; my autistic sons' eyeglasses.
