Services
Main sewers are larger drains that run underground from the property and connect to a city sewer line or a septic tank. A main sewer line can become blocked or restricted by debris, hygiene wipes flushed down the line or by tree roots which penetrate pipe joints. Our technicians use a power snake machine to clean and clear the walls of the pipe to the city or septic connection.

This is the first review I've ever written due to the service being very deserving. Danny showed up to my house at 6:30PM to fix my kitchen sink that's clogged. I told him I felt like I've been living in a hotel because I've been washing my dishes in the restroom for the last four days. He inspected the drain and told me it's a 50/50 chance he can fix it but if he can't then he won't charge me. After an hour he couldn't fix it but he kept trying other things. I called Drain Doctor around 2:30 PM the day after Christmas because our sewer line was clogged. First I was told that because of Christmas they had a lot of calls so the earliest someone could come was around 8 PM. But 2 min later they called me back because Martin was in the area and was OK to take one more job before his break so he arrived at our house around 3 PM. He first checked on what was wrong and un-clogged the sewer line. He proposed we run the camera to check on what else could be wrong as there w as lot of water / waste that accumulated under the house and we found out that parts

We called Drain Doctor this morning about a clogged drain in our kids’ bathroom sink (pretty sure there were toys and things down there). Martin arrived on-time at our house. I showed the clogged drain and asked whether a new faucet could also be installed. He quoted a fair price, we agreed, and he replaced the trap and installed the new faucet within a couple of hours. Last night we had an unexpected issue with the toilets backing up and shower not draining. Contacted Drain Doctor and spoke with John Kim, within an hour Danny was at our house. He was very polite and courteous. After several attempts to unclog the drain pipe using different size cables, he said it would require the use of hydro jet to clear out the sludge build up in the drain pipe. Danny contacted his boss John Kim, Rocky and David was dispatched and arrived shortly with the hydro jet equipment. They were very nice and professional also. Drain Doctor is customer service A+. Jake came prompt and helped fix the water heater and when he couldn't he offered us a quick turn around with a new water heater and reasonable price. We were not down for more than 2 hours and glad we got a new heater since the old one was 10+ years old. It's the right decision and now I won't have to worry about it going down again. My family can now take hot showers since winter is coming and no more complains. Thank you Jake and Drain Doctor.

The tech showed up and was nice. He cleaned the pipe with a snake which resulted in the pipe in the basement cracking, spilling the clog throughout the basement and on our dryer. He left, came back, plugged the hole with epoxy, and handed me the bill. I had to pay $170 which got the drain clean but left me with cast iron plumbing that needs to be replaced, a dirty drier and sewage in my basement. The clean up is going to cost $150 and the plumber easily $500. Only after the service was I informed they aren't liable for any damage.

I've used them four times. All techs have been skilled, friendly, happy to explain any issues, and in two cases went above and beyond to help find a solution. Most recently, when the tech (John?) discovered that the problem was in the main line, he was very patient and helpful about advising me how to proceed. The plumber he recommended was excellent.

I had a toilet that was consistently slow to drain and Drain Doctor was recommended to me by a local plumbing company. They were able to come out the same day and very quickly diagnosed the problem-- Nothing was stuck. We needed a new toilet. However, beyond being able to diagnose the problem so quickly, I was struck by the level of customer services. The tech went out of his way not to charge us for the visit. So appreciated! Highly recommend. Our bathroom sink clogged during the pandemic one night so we called drain doctor the next morning. They were able to send someone out within an hour. Hector showed up within 30 minutes and completed the job in under 10 minutes. Gloves on and a mask on which was appreciated. Very professional. Will be using again if we have another issue.

The tech Patrick did an amazing job in diagnosing our home. Our main sewer line appeared to be clogged (but was actually damaged by recent construction). We called their hotline and they came within the hour.
I tried a bunch of tools but couldn't seem to get the main line to drain. Patrick took his time to try every tool in his toolbox/truck. We loved Drain Doctor. The people we spoke to on the phone were friendly and very responsive. They were able to schedule an immediate service call at our convenience. Storm caused a SEWER SURGE back into my house! :( What a damn mess! Called Drain Doctor to snake my main drain line to the house. John came over in 20 minutes. Professional as ever. Took his time to make SURE the drain was clear as possible. i have a 120+ year old house with a House Trap and John was able to get a double claw snake head in the line to clear the sludge free that seemed to clog things up. Everything was going well and Tim had told me they will collect at the end of service. I asked the very sweet man who showed up to help with the drains before he started working if they could invoice my landlord and he said that he would check. When he finished I asked again and he said not to worry we probably have the information. I said great, let me know if you don't happy to write it all down for you. Get a call a few moments later from Tim angrily demanding I pay and that I was going against my word as I had promised to collect at the end. I stayed calm and explained to him the situation

Made a call today at 1015am and the technician, Patrick was over to our property by 1115am. The bath tub link assembly was replaced and then he snaked the 10'-20' of drain line and removed the blockages (hair, etc). Patrick was very courteous and did the whole job within 15-20 minutes. He was very informative and insightful throughout the whole process, smart chap and great to work with. This was our first job with this company and will definitely recommend, even asked for a price breakdown for future jobs on our properties.
