Locked my keys inside car - called Mitch who responded promptly, retrieved my keys and did not make me feel like a dummy! I have used Mitch in the past for house and car issues for both myself and my nephew Joey and always have found him to be capable, responsive, and friendly. I will definitely call him anytime I have a lock problem!

Dave came out to our home to repair a side garage door lock in the door handle. We thought a key had broken off in the lock. However, Dave discovered that not to be the case. The tumblers in the lock were frozen. Dave tried unsuccessfully to clear the obstacle and concluded that we needed a new door handle. However, a second dead bolt lock was on the door and operational. We decided not to replace the door handle at this time because the dead bolt lock satisfied our purpose. Dave was gracious and professional enough not charge us for his services. They were amazing, gave us an upfront price unlike the other companies. Mitch came out and got us in the house within minutes. His amazing bubbly personality is absolutely contagious and he made light of a really stressful situation, he even made us new keys, and we just are so thankful he came so quickly especially with us being locked out with our 3 year old. Would definitely recommend !!

Dave "Mitch" Mitchell came to our home in Williamsburg today - no extra charge for the drive - and rekeyed all of our doors and installed three new deadbolts (two of them with master/dog sitter keys), for a very reasonable price! Great guy to do business with, and a Navy veteran!
