Was quoted for a new key fob over the phone $135. Guy gets here pulls my key out my key fob opens my car and states it's $135. That's not what I asked for. Then proceed to tell me a new key fob is actually $170 but he'll charge me $230 for everything. And then wanted cashapp as payment because he didn't want to pay bank fees for a debit card. I feel scammed and that's very unprofessional. Don't quote one price over the phone and then change it to something totally different when you get here. And the new key fob he gave me goes to a van not even my suv. They also turned

Angel is great, I have used his services several times at my two businesses (once the locks were just part of an old door and needed to be upgraded, and once the locks needed to be changed after a break in). I lost the keys to my car And I was pregnant and I felt so horrible I didn't know what to do. It was raining outside and it was dark so I was really scared. I was googled to see what was the best locksmith around and the few of them popped up but I felt like I really needed an angel :) so their name stood out and I called them.
The operator sounded very professional and he transferred my call to their nearby agent. He came within a few minutes thankfully and literally I felt like I was rescued. He was very nice and professional he managed to open my car within a few minutes using his tools

We called today to have our front gate lock replaced. They got back to us very quickly via messaging. Gave us a 3-hour window to do the job. They were honest and went over the options we had to replace the lock. Decided on a deadbolt and it was done in no time. I highly recommend them and will call if I ever need a locksmith.

I looked them up on the APP, it showed that they were right around the corner, I called them up and told them that I was off Holland road and Lynnhaven PKWY, the person did not have a clue where that was, I told him the store address is listed on Lynnhaven PKWY, I am right down the street, he put me on hold and then came back on the phone and told me that he would have a technician call me back in 5 minutes. Plus he couldnt tell me how much it would cost over the phone.

I highly recommend this company. I had spoken with them about changing 3 of my locks because I did not feel safe knowing the person that lived here before me still had keys to our home. I got a family that got stuck and needed a new key for their BMW and this guy was the only one to answer at 5 AM in the morning.

I lost my key and my car was parked in Friday I was in a bind and I called Locksmith Angels and then man I talked with was extremely helpful gave me the lowdown on price and how quickly you could get to me. would recommend to anybody in a bind who needs someone to come to their car and make a replacement key the only downside is it's about the same price as the dealer but the upside is they'll come to you.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I started calling around for prices to get my truck unlocked and when I heard their price I told them "I'd call them back" when in reality they were way too expensive. I called the next one one the list and they were WAY more reasonably priced (Belles)

Called for a quote on getting my lock replaced and re keyed and was quoted $30. I said are you sure you are understanding what I need? That seems awfully low in comparison to other companies I have called. I reiterated that I needed someone to come out to my house with a new lock, install it, and re key it. He confirmed several times that it would be $30. The lady who showed up was not instructed that I needed a lock re keyed so she did not have the proper tools, so she took my broken lock off and left. Someone else came 45 minutes later but did not know I needed a new lock so had to leave to go

Three stars mostly due to customer service. Had Locksmith Angels come on a Monday to change the locks for my new house. On Friday afternoon the deadbolt for my garage came apart. I immediately called Locksmith Angels and they said they would not be able to come until the next morning. The following morning they showed up an hour late. I get mistakes happen, but when they do, a business should try 110% to fix them.
