Good Lock saved the day!
Early evening on New Year's Eve, I had a Tenant locked out of their unit due to an aging locking mechanism. Needing, and googling a 24 hour locksmith, my first encounter was with a rude, yet available tech who showed up late, drilled into the deadbolt and left the job unfinished.
I was then fortunate enough to find "Good Lock" - very professional, arrived on time, and completed the job without drama.
I'd use them again !

GOOD LOCK VIRGINIA BEACH re keyed and installed all new locks in our new home .. quick fast efficient neat honest and professional .. brigadoon pines neighborhood .. 100% useless. Not local... Called and spoke to a guy named Jacob...Took my info, said I would get a call with an ETA in a few minutes. Never called me back. I called the number again 50 minutes later and this time it's a woman. The lady said I had never called. I told her I had just called back using the same number in my phone history, and spoke to someone named Jacob.... She says let me call you back. She calls back a few minutes later from a number listed in Charlotte NC and says "She hasn't rolled a truck, and isn't going to roll a truck to get somebody out out to me. Check

After speaking with Jacob, he arrived at my location within 30-minutes to remove my broken key from the lock on my van door. He worked quickly and also was pleasant enough to explain what he was doing and additional troubles with my van locks. Even made duplicate keys onsite! Jacob has a great personality and enjoys his work. He's the locksmith I'll call from now on.

Although I ultimately found my key and did not require his service, my phone conversation with Jacob was professional and informative. He guided me in every way towards the best decision for me. With prices much lower than other 24hr Locksmith Services in Hampton Roads I called this service at 9:07PM and Jacob quickly answered on the second ring, asked clear questions pertaining to the type of lock and my location. He reassured me he would be able to assist and on the way.
By 9:19PM he was pulling up in his work truck, in full uniform, re-identified himself by his ID and had me safely inside my home by 9:23PM. It happened so fast I hardly had enough time to say "WELL DONE!"
