My car is a 2010 Toyota Camry SE. For some crazy reason, I lost my only car key while at work last night. I had my key on a throwaway ring, so I think that's how I lost it. I had to hurry and search for a 24hr locksmith to make a replacement key because I'm on-call with my medical job. I found Mr. Bell and it was the first time I used his service. He gave me a prompt and accurate quote. I made sure to ask and clarify the amount and he remained true to his word. Not only he provided good customer service, he did good work. He also offered to make a duplicate for my replacement key, which was refreshing

Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of other people’s time!!!! I needed a key fob programmed and the owner came out and attempted to program the key fob. He had a difficult time programming it and said he would be back the next day to complete the job. We agreed on a time that he would come back to finish the job. The next day I texted him as a friendly reminder. No response to my text message so then I called him after our scheduled time had passed. I asked him if he knew what time he would be by to complete the job. He told me he couldn’t do anything and he apologized. At that time it hit

I called this gentleman after I locked myself out of my car and my apartment on the scene day I was on crutches to to us serious injury to my leg and foot. He was there within 20 minutes of my phone call He did charge $5 more but even with the extra $5 he was $20 less than the others that I've used. You can't go wrong. No hes not Mr. Fancy pants, hes a blue collar worker. Like the millions that take care of us every day! Don't expect him to be something hes not... respect him for what he is! Honest hard working guy that will get you what you need done. And at a huge savings! Call this company!

I called this business when I got locked out of my car. Someone showed up and unlocked my vehicle before telling me how much it would cost. Then, he gave me prices and said it would be more expensive if paying with a card. I told him I wanted to pay with a card anyway, and the guy called the business. After he got off the phone, he told me that the "system" was down and cash was the only way I could pay. He forced me to use the cash app since I didn't have cash on me.
