We have a full service shop location with Walk-in counter to handle everything from duplicating keys to repairing the locks you bring in from your home, business, boat, hope chest, china cabinet, safe and more! Our fleet of service trucks and technicians stand ready to handle your lock and door hardware repair needs.
We have extensive knowledge and experience in servicing most of todays and 'yesteryears' banking equipment. Our techs are highly trained and equipped with the experience to take care of most any safe. We are experienced in GSA safes and security and provide service to your facility whether land based or vessels afloat.
It should be noted that due to illegitimate locksmiths and scam artists flooding the internet, you should always get a firm total price of the lockout service to be provided before anyone comes to you. We have heard horror stories of customers getting a quote of $39.00 and 20 minute arrival time that ended up to be $150 and 2 hours late!
Lost or Stolen keys? Just bought a new home and don't know how many people may have a key? We have used Key West Lock and Safe before and truly appreciate their honesty and pro fessionalism. We had late day issue with deadbolt broke on back door so we could not get back door open. Jason came out within the hour fixed us right up. We really appreciate you coming out so quickly so we did not have to leash the dogs up and take them around the house to get into the backyard,saved us a lot time going into the weekend!

Professional and skilled shop, my new number one for anything lock and key.
I had a key break off in a pad lock, I have the keys alike. I dropped it off at another locksmith who has it for two weeks and they recommended that I just get new locks. I asked if they could make me a key of the one without the broken key, they said they couldn’t. I decided to try another place. The guys at Key West Lock & Safe had my lock fixed in fifteen minutes and barely charged me for it.
