I agreed to a foundation repair (leveling and some beam replacement) with Conroe Foundation Repair and a price of $4500. After the job was underway I was told there were more damaged beams not detected during initial bid process and I agreed to pay an additional $2000. to replace them.
The company finished the job and I paid them $6500.
Several months later a plumbing contractor working under the house let me know one of the exterior beams was in very poor condition. It had rot and/or termite damage so bad that it was broken in half and had fallen to the ground. I called George out to see since
