Hiring Paul at Conroe Foundation Repair was easily the worst decision I have ever made in my life.
If you need someone to repair or improve the condition of your foundation or do any kind of concrete work, Paul is not the guy you want to call.
Call him if you want someone to pour sloppy pier footings without any forms leaving a mess of concrete splashed around the area.
Call him if you want cinder blocks put on top of those sloppy footings with a piece of wood on top that isn't even touching the beam it is supposed to support instead of metal piers and shims like he promised in writing.
Call him if you want someone to dig up and sever a pex water line in your yard and then leave it lying exposed to the sun without repairing it.
Call him if you want someone to smash two of your large terra cotta planters with his bobcat and not replace them.
Call him if you want someone to drive that same bobcat over your septic tank.
Call him if you want someone to destroy the wood frames of four of your raised garden beds with that bobcat.
Call him if you want someone to tell you he'll be there in the morning but not show up until 2 or 3 pm.
Call him if you like having someone tear up the drywall in your house by jacking a wall up into the ceiling.
Call him if you like having to repeatedly plead with him to repair that same damaged drywall for over a month.

Conroe Foundation Repair Pros did an outstanding job installing piers and poly-foam to expertly repair our house’s foundation. Everything was completed on time or early, and they were happy to answer my questions and explained what they were doing as they worked. We had a single vertical crack in the foundation of our new house, so after reading various reviews, I called them. I spoke with the owner who was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions I had. Two days later, a person from company came and was able to successfully complete the crack repair in less than two hours. Friendly, competent and timely service at a reasonable cost. I’ll plan to use them for any basement needs.

Okay, so I never like to write negative reviews because I get it, life happens. Especially with everything going on in the world right now. But for crying out loud, I contacted this company TWICE asking them to come out and take a look at our foundation and both times they missed the appointment window and never even bothered to respond or call back to explain why. I get that life happens but if you’re going to promise to show up to an appointment then DO IT!
