Called for an estimate for our property, I was immediately responded to. While surveying for the estimate, I was given full explanation of their process, steps involved and the benefits. Provided a wonderfully detailed estimate for review. The crews that preformed the work on our property for structural adjustment and leveling were far above expectation in timeliness, quality of work and respectful of our property and residents. We would most certainly use them again in the future and highly recommend to anyone looking for foundation leveling on their property.

I can't reply on my husband's thread below (Eddie Stringer) so I'll my add own opinion here. You mention you sent an estimate to my email because that's the only one you have and that is not true -- I did not receive an estimate (yes, I double checked my junk folder too) AND I have the voicemail from Jamie where she recited Eddie's email address and said that's where the estimate would go. That was on Monday the 18th, Eddie then received a call on the 19th again saying we would receive an estimate and still nothing. I am really disappointed because first impressions were so good. We were pleased with Crown Leveling. Robert Moss was very kind, informative and honest with his assessment. His crew led by Diego was great! Diego's guys worked hard and were very professional, polite and kind as well as good at what they do and how they do their work. We were also very pleased with Lewis who came out after Diego's crew and cleaned up the site and touched up any concrete areas that needed to be done. The lifetime warranty is an extra piece of mind that they back up their work. We definitely recommend Crown Leveling led by Robert Moss and his crew!! Great work done.

Lets just say the lack customer service saved me - had them out to complete an estimate and explained that we had issues from another company not responding or leaving us in the dark and all we want is someone to communicate with us, shoot straight, and fix things once in for all. Spent over an hour with the owner himself doing the walk thru...said he would send out a plumber for a hydrostatic test...nothing, called, nothing, left messages, nothing several calls at this point - wife catches one lady on the phone, said they were getting it to us (2weeks at this point)...nothing - 3 weeks in I call

I have been unfortunate enough to have to deal with foundation shifting issues in the past and consequently have also been unfortunate in having to deal with companies who operate in this space.
