I went in looking for a new or new/used car. I ended up with a beautiful 2021 ford edge thanks to Jade Winters, Shawn Bascone, and Ken! Romeo Ford is amazing! Ken in the service department really did me a solid today! I bought a Ford Explorer private sale recently and am Notorious for locking my keys in my car however I had no idea what the door code to my car was! Ken helped me out and within less then 3 minutes I had my door code! Thank you so much Ken! This girl won’t be locking her keys in her again anymore!

Needed an upgrade from the car I had and went to Ford to look at a car, it ended up already being sold but William helped me find a car that fit my budget at one of their other dealerships upstate. William even drove the car down from the other dealership for me. Great experience and great salesman!

Had a major repair on my Explorer. Dylan took good care of me and followed up with me from start to finish. Had a previous experience there where although I purchased my Explorer from another dealer Joe Romeo himself stepped in to see that I was treated fairly with my Warranty. Good people. Shout out to Jenn, Krissy and Justin too.

I recently bought my Nissan Rogue from William Czerepanyn at Romeo Ford. He was absolutely phenomenal! I can't say enough good things about him...he is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, helpful, wonderful..the list could go on and on. He made the process very easy, pleasant and by far the best car buy buying experience I've ever had and I LOVE my new Rogue!! I would definitely return to buy a car from him in the future. I’m completely in love with my new car. My salesman William was fantastic as well! He was professional, knowledgeable and personable. I want to start this review off with what a great team that work at this dealer! They will treat you like family. Louis was very knowledgeable about the Ford ranger that I was interested in. He was courteous and professional. And made sure it would fit my needs. Shawn went over every single detail that I would pay for and didn’t hide anything. No hidden charges or any none sense that I didn’t want or need. He made the buying process as simple as possible. Overall I really enjoyed my experience here, and I will definitely recommend them to family and friends. They made a Veteran very happy.

Not your typical experience, but will share anyway. My vehicle was experiencing issues, so I brought it to my regular mechanic; was told issue was covered under extended warranty and to bring to local Romeo Ford for warranty repair. Drop off vehicle, warranty issue is confirmed at dealership, vehicle is repaired and receive a call it is ready for pick up, no charge for warranty work. Following day, I receive a separate call stating that the repair is actually outside the 10 year warranty period (2011-2021 = 11 years since cars are released in year prior) and that there was a substantial bill associated
