I was given an appointment right away. My vehicle was examined and repaired within 1-2 hours. There was great coffee in the waiting area. Not just a stale brew, but multiple options for good coffee. My car was repaired very affordable. I am very grateful to the Kingston Nissan team for keeping me on the road AND on my budget. Thank you KN.

This is our 8th Nissan, all purchased because of how amazing Desiree Williams is. She takes the time to ask what you are looking for and she listens! Most people I talk to hate dealing with car salesman, but that's not the case with Desiree. Whenever someone is looking for a new vehicle I recommend her. We were in the market for a new car. We test drove 7 different makes & models before we decided on a Nissan Murano. Once we decided we wanted the Murano, the search began. I contacted & visited 5 different Nissan dealerships in search of exactly what we were looking for. While many of the dealerships were ok, KINGSTON Nissan truly stood out above the rest. I was looking to have a positive EXPERIENCE with my dealership not just buy a car from them. They delivered just that. . You would think that after buying two cars from this dealership that that night mean something. Nada. You still have to go to the back of the bus if you want a car.
Yeah since Governor Nero shut everything down in New York and decided who was essential and who is not a lot of people got f***** up behind that.
I'm one of them. So yeah I collect unemployment and I collect social security and I get some child support for a few more months and I was trying to give my graduating senior the last car that I bought from Kingston Nissan. (2014 Note)
So it looks like I'll have to go to a buy here

My wife and I bought new cars from Kingston Nissan for the past ten years or so. Brought a 2018 Altima to trade-in (a car we originally bought from them) clean interior, perfect running condition and clean exterior. They low balled the trade-in price at $7750, besides commenting on the car like it was a piece of junk! "I can't sell this car on my lot" one person said. My wife and I drove to Destination Kingston Nissan in Albany got $9090 for it! We signed and drove off in a new Altima that same day! We learned across all dealerships the incentives and new car prices are the same

Stick with Honda. Our 2018 Murano with 19,000 miles on it was taken in for oil change, inspection, and rotate tires. Ended up with a $700 bill! Claim front brake pads ok but grooved and rusted inside. Again, 19,000 miles on it. This should have never happened. However, Nissan will not back us up on this. Took $60 off bill. Will go somewhere else from now on.

Unfortunately I can't give this any less than one star... One star is being generous here... and it's water under the bridge at this point, but it popped back into my mind so I had to share this debacle on here to warn people about this particular Nissan dealership,...
to make a long story short as I can, leased a Nissan in 2017, after a year, the air conditioner went, brought it into Kingston Nissan, they said I would have to pay around $750 for a "new compressor" (or something like that)
Being the fact that this was only a year into what was a Lease, I wasn't going to

Positive Experience- Leased a new Rouge and traded in my old one. It was a fair and efficient process. Brian was really easy to work with. Overall, it was one of the better (if not, the best) experiences I've had while leasing/buying.

I have purchased cars from this dealership for the past 20 years, never again. I was treated very poorly by a salesman named Gary Pugliese. He had the nerve to hang up the phone on me. Why would I ever spend 10s of thousands of dollars again at this dealership? I will let everyone I know not to shop at this place.

This place stinks for service. I waited 3 HOURS for a oil change and tire rotation and they put the wrong oil in my car. Try to upsell you on things you don't need. I just serviced my 2016 truck with rotation and oil change and it cost $68. And took less than an hour. This place$160+ and Three hours.

I recently purchased my car from Kingston Nissan and was pleasantly surprised how easy the staff there made it for me. MC the salesperson was attentive and helpful and ready to answer all of my questions. Since I was coming from out of town, there was no problem with the negotiations which were quick and as promised. The finance mgr Rich was also very friendly and willing to help throughout the process.
I would highly recommend this dealership when looking for a new or used vehicle because they treat the customer like a friend and always follow through with their promises!!!

I have a (freebie) recall fix in progress on my 2008 Versa. And I got good warm fuzzies all around. Quick scheduling, which I requested due to planned travel, finding an important auxiliary recall which another dealer seemed to miss, general cordiality, clean comfy waiting room with a good coffee machine, and assistance with pickup/delivery of the vehicle, as well as good telephone coordination. Also a special inspection, and good information about what was being done.

Thanks to Scott at the desk, A++, the drivers Mike and Mike and the gal who did the scheduling and the recall repairers.

If a negative star rating was possible I would give that. Our experience with the dealership from start to finish was unpleasant and uninformative. Whereas other dealers shared full information about their offers (what was included in the package, pricing options, offer for a trade in)- the initial contact was condescending and unhelpful and shared a one sentence quote with NO information about the package. Going into the dealership to meet with a service representative was worse. He told us we could look on their website if we wanted information! He couldn't answer the most basic questions

Guaranteed nothing!This dealer boasts that they will finance you based on ability to pay ,rather than credit score.They even go so far as to guarantee financing.Even offer to pay you $100 cash if they can't finance you.Well there is a catch...My credit score stinks but I can afford payments.And I have negative equity in my trade.So I visit Kingston Nissan and after 15 minutes I am getting the "we can't help you" routine.So I ask about the $100 they promise.So get this,they tell me,"oh we will finance you but WE WON'T take your trade!" What a load of manure!

Can't give zero star or I would. Walked in wanting to trade my 2014 Chevy in for a new one. Was offered 19k for my trade and very little deals on there new truck. Went to Romeo and they gave me 27k for the same truck and a ton of incentives. There fair trade and "high dollar" for your trade is a absolute joke to me and many others! Stay away. The definition of greed.
