I would say I got a fair deal on a truck there, my issue is only a week after purchasing the truck I already had issues with it. Some of the electronics we’re messed up and the truck continuously shakes and wobbles. The dealership only agreed to fix half of what’s wrong. And it’s to my understanding that usually a dealership will honor repair to issues That were clearly happening prior to my purchase within the first few weeks. I’m glad I found a deal there, but really wish I would’ve done much more extensive test drive so I didn’t get caught having to repair something I just purchased

I reside in Florida and searched high and low for this specific model/make Tahoe z71 in white . Sales associate, Eric Skabry had reached out to me via email and informed me Ruge’s would be getting one in. He sent me the specifications when it arrived and worked with me to make a long distance purchase work seamlessly . All the staff was so helpful and when I arrived after a long drive to pick it up it was so nice to be greeted by a friendly face and my beautiful new car.

I don't normally leave reviews, but our experience was so good I felt it was necessary. Eric was super helpful, answering any and all questions and he never made us feel like we were hassling him. Everything felt comfortable and transparent through the whole process as well. The guys there even went out of there way with their schedule to help us pick up the car. Top notch service and after my interactions with tons of dealerships, I'd have to say this is by far the best.

Excellent staff, excellent service! I brought my 2021 Colorado here for an oil change, and everyone went above and beyond to be professional and nice. The service department does a great job of being COVID mindful, and when I got my truck back it was clean and neat. I would absolutely recommend Ruge's Chevrolet to anyone who needs to service their Chevy.

My salesperson Matt Spohn did an awesome job in orchestrating the lease of my new Volt. He was able to get the job done on short notice as the window was closing on the maximum federal rebate.
He exceeded all expectations and the finance process was expedited by Sheldon, who took care of the lease details and helped me with any questions.

Barry Lang went out of his way to find me a truck. I had been looking for the right truck for about a month and told Barry just before Christmas , "i give up" . He contacted Christmas day telling me he may have located the one i wanted and he was right. I recommend Barry if youre looking for a helpful no bs salesman.

Service team was so friendly and accommodating. I live about 50 mins away in New Paltz and they gave me a loaner so I could drive to work so I didn't have to wait all day. 118,000 miles on this truck, serviced by the Audia team since day 1, and I am glad to know most of the same crew is still there with Ruge's keeping our family workhouse in top shape. Great job all around.
