I went there around 4:45 not know they close at 5 the guys outside told me to go inside and ask for Jay for help looking at a vehicle. He ended up coming out from his office with a big attitude and was like you can go look on the comp for the cars I told him I already knew what car I wanted and had a few questions to ask. He ended up leaving me in the computer and walked back into another room. I was on there for like 10 mins without getting any of my questions answered. I ended up leaving and went to a different dealer the next day to purchase my vehicle elsewhere and got all my questions answered

I really don't understand the negative reviews...This is a wholesale dealership. I had the bestest (if that's a word) experience. I found a vehicle 2010 BMW 1 series-very rare, offered below KBB price. The staff was amazing. I witnessed a few sales/interactions while my sale was processed. And I must say that I'm beyond impressed. If you are interested in purchasing a used vehicle (mostly what I saw were luxury) Go to PPM. Great staff from front end to sales. They are truly the real deal. I will definitely refer to all my fam and friends.

I have just purchased a 2014 Mini Countryman S from PPM. It was a bit of an interesting experience--the car had a bad alternator which was supposed to have been repaired when I arrived to test-drive it, but instead failed mid-way through my test drive. Fortunately, Jay's response was nothing but helpful--drove out immediately to rescue me and the car, apologized, and even knocked off the dealer's fees to compensate me for the lost time.

Absolutely awful experience. Purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from them about 5 months ago. They saw we had two very young kids and we mentioned that we needed a good family car as we were about to travel to Arizona. Not a huge issue securing the vehicle, but within 24 hours I noticed issues with the rotors. I called and they tried to say it was normal. My husband calls and it becomes no issue to get it looked at. Fast forward we are here in Arizona to get an alignment and tire change and I find out that the complete undercarriage of my car is totally rusted. I was told by two different mechanics

I brought a car from here 4 months ago from Jay. the AC started leaking water from inside the car on the passenger seat. I took it apart to drain it and a whole load of water came out. The AC started working again and then just stopped due to all the water in it which lead to the blower motor not working, and then the car itself started making a VERY LOUD noise now the car is non-drivable. THEY SELL LEMONS DO NOT COME HERE !!

I drove 3.5 hours to get my vehicle and Jay worked with me so all I had to do was go in with my ID sign and I was off. Had a small issue with my key and he took care of it immediately! Thanks for such a great first experience buying a car!

Car transmission was dead in 3k miles of ownership. Paid cash! Axles all bad. One fell out while driving. They replaced it with junk yard parts. Mounts all bad and when they replaced them they put them in backwards. I have the invoices where they acknowledge this. Currently suing for lemon law! Stay away from this place!
