I cannot say enough positive things about this company. I had a different heating company come in to look at my furnace, and they were incredibly rude, uninformative, and unhelpful. Anthony from Onofreo was AMAZING!!! He answered a bevy of questions from me and my husband, gave us advice on rebates, and was very honest about what we needed vs what we should do down the line. Onofreo also offered the HVAC services nearly $4,000 cheaper than the other company. All in all a VERY good, professional, and honest business

We could not be happier with the work done by Brandon, Levi and Rich. Our 5-zone ductless system was quite complex and it was handled beautifully. The crew was totally professional and worked so neatly that when they were finished we hardly knew they had been here.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Onofreo Home Systems came to our rescue when our heat stopped working. They had a tech out within an hour on a Saturday. The team was able to replace our system with an affordable unit. The office personal was friendly, the service people were prompt and followed all safety protocols. When we had questions, the owner called us directly. The entire team is very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend them to family and friends. Thank you Mark and team for the great work!

Great treatment of previous customers! I used my other google account so I could write a separate review. I called in with an issue with my thermostat. When I mentioned I was a previous customer they went out of their way to schedule someone to come to my place within 1.5 hours even though they were busy from their weekend backlog. Very happy with the service, they didn't try to sell anything extra or do anything extra to fix my problem. Very professional and helped with my packages at door as I'm disabled. I'm happy with service again and loyalty to their previous customers will always stick with

Kelly and Shana could not be nicer or do enough to assist a new customer get an urgent appointment. Our situation involved a small gas leak of the furnace. Jeff Lane arrived on time, was the most professional and thorough a technician that we have ever dealt with. He Found the source of a very small leak and assisted us with a repair.Then he found that our old furnace was heading toward a more serious problem in the near future.

I absolutely LOVED working with Onofreo—every single person I came in contact with from the front office staff to the guy who came out to quote the job to the crew that performed the work were all incredibly kind, helpful, responsive, and hospitable.
If you need a mini split installed like YESTERDAY, they had the quickest turn around time from first call to install—every single step of the process was enjoyable, and I was happy to give them my business.

Onofreo installed a new central AC unit and air handler for me this summer. I got several quotes, and I chose Onofreo because they 1. were honest about what I needed and really advised against a complicated system! 2. gave me a couple of options and agreed with me about which brands were reliable and which might be overpriced (naming no names!) 3. gave me a fair (not cheap but reasonable!) price 4. were prompt with their estimate and could do the job the soonest 5. are certified installers (this is important for having your warranty certified by the AC unit manufacturers - as I read everywhere

I needed a ductless system and wanted a Mitsubishi system installed. Someone referred me to Onofreo Home Comfort Systems LLC. So I researched their reviews and found that they had 5 stars and all views were positive. I found that unusual but contacted them anyway. They quickly responded and priced the job. It was installed in 10 days - they sent 2 techs., John and Drew to install. They were both very professional, informative and very neat and went out of their way to any other issues. I highly recommend them and hope their service lives up to the same.

Onofreo is an amazing company That is represented by excellent products and professional staff. When I first called them they were extremely responsive to my needs and took care of the initial concerns that I had with an old air conditioning system. They got the old system up and running and put together an extremely comprehensive and thoroughly thought out recommendation for a new air-conditioning and heating system including new thermostats. Let's get this right out the way 1st. 5☆s is where I would start!!! I called Onofreo Home Systems about 4 months ago just before Christmas. Our furnace was malfunctioning, working sporadically. They were able to come out the SAME day!!! The tech was able to get us going, but warned it was likely a temporary fix. (Turns out, honest and correct.) Did… I mention it was DURING that snow storm?!!! About a week later Home Comfort Systems was at the house installing a Brand New Furnace! Tyvm! I'll be calling them soon after this review to install my Central Air Condenser for the summer. THANKS

Mark Onofreo, Jeff & Levi were great to work with. Callie & Shana in the office were very nice & helpful. The installation team was knowledgeable, meticulous & neat. We are very happy with our new boiler with hot water on demand! It takes up so much less space. The copper pipes look like an art installation in my basement - exceptional work - Highly recommend!!!

Had a Navien combi boiler/water heater on Feb.23. The crew (Brandon, Levi and Brian) were here on time, worked non stop both day. They put up with me coming down watching them and asking questions all day. Nice neat installation. Went through the set up, installed new thermostats. And cleaned up when they were done. Onofreo’s put in a Mitsubishi heating and cooling system for my second floor. This level was never ducked with the rest of the home. Having this unit has been an awesome blessing! Kelly was super in getting things set up and helping me make knowledge decisions. The team showed up promptly, they asked us as homeowners important placement questions and gave us informed options. Overall its been a great experience and I am thrilled with the product also! I highly recommend this company.
