Chickos Energy Services, a family owned and operated business, installs some of the best Energy Star Rated quality products in the industry from oil to gas. Installation of oil tanks, boilers, warm air furnaces and central air systems are some of the services we offer along with a complete sheet metal fabrication shop.
Q. Do you offer 24 hour emergency service? A. Yes we offer 24 hour service to our oil customers and Gas customers we have installed equipment for. Q. What type of oil pricing do you offer? A. We offer a fair daily market pricing with 10 cent prompt pay discount for our regular customers and a 5 cent senior discount.
We have been in the fuel oil, heating, air conditioning and service business for over 70 years. Our grandfather, Andrew Chickos, was in the range oil and ice delivery business in the 1930's and 1940's. He sold his business in the 1940's due to health reasons and his two sons, Ed and Robert, being in the military and unable to take over the business.

Received awful service from chickos energy last time they came. The first time was fine, I had them replace the boiler and they were professional.
The second time they came and for my AC I received a totally different attitude from them. He muttered unnecessary and disrespectful comments about my home under his breath when he thought we didn’t hear. All this because he didn’t want to hAve to go far to get to the backyard.
He provided no help on the matter and offered an extremely high price compared to someone else I know. His tone and demeanor changed immediately after we said we didn’t

Update: I used this company again because my first experience was so good. They surpassed my first experience! I got a whole new HVAC system. Mike gave me the estimates, often responding on the weekends. Ashley helped me apply for financing through ESmart loans. I could not have done this without them. All nice people, too. A++./Quick response time. Came when they said they would. Friendly and polite. Gave me an estimate and insurance documents. Price paid was price quoted. Polite and quiet staff who cleaned up after themselves. Great job!

Michael and Matt at Chickos Energy Services are amazing. Everyone I have had the pleasure to speak with has been helpful, patient, and professional! They replaced my oil tanks today and it looks better than when we got there. They worked fast, efficiently, and made sure I was happy before they left. They even swept my basement and my garage where there was debris from the work without me asking. The quote we got was very competitive and honest for the work we received. I have now switched to using Chickos Energy Services for my oil delivery and AC repair/maintenance. Great local, family company

Last night around 1am I realized we ran out of oil, on a 6 degree night with 15 below wind chills. All I could say is that CHICKOS OIL in Milford is absolutely incredible. They had oil out to us an hour after I called, and I had the owner of the company at my door once they were done filling it up to make sure my equipment turned on. We are beyond thankful, impressed and with their responsiveness and customer service. We are now lifelong customers. HIGHLY recommended
