I just wanted you to know how pleased I am with the work done by Craig and Tom. They capped off the water heater in my furnace and set me up with an electric water heater which is quiet and clean and doesn't heat up the house in the summer. It was a difficult job which was even more tedious given the small size of the room.
So, we now have plenty of hot water due to their talent and skill. They are also very patient. They answered all my questions, even the stupid ones, and explained how the system works. Craig and Tom are the best! I must say, Craig was one of the nicest people I have ever dealt with.
I also should say this is the third time I have dealt with Raps and each time I have been impressed with the people both at the very beginning of answering the phone to the person doing the job.Raps will be the first person I call for any jobs I need done. We called Raps plumbing, (not for the first time) to once again snake out our washing machine lines for tree roots blocking the line. As usual they arrived in a timely manner and could not have been nicer, more professional, or more helpful. Dan and Bob not only fixed the problem we called them for but fixed other small problems we asked about.
Raps Plumbing responded right away when I called and sent two guys out within an hour of calling. They fixed the problem and were very friendly and professional. Mark was so great to work with! Incredibly professional, timely and overall pleasant. We came home from vacation to a broken water heater - the RAPS team was super responsive and resolved the issue in just a couple of days. Marc did a great job and kept me informed of what he found and what the options were for repair at every step. He was professional and on time. This is my 3rd call for work with RAPS. Like the other two times, they were on time and professional. Cheapest? Maybe not, but neither were they more expensive than others. The execution of the job was pretty near perfect in my untrained opinion. Even fixed something that wasn't on their to-do list. Will call again.

Paul and his team are absolutely fantastic. They helped us repair a pipe and serviced our AC. The pipe was a major project and they stood by us and made sure it was done properly. They are reliable, affordable, honest, and always respond to calls/messages (unlike other companies). They are polite and extremely professional. I will always go back to Raps Plumbing & Heating for my A/C, water, gas, and sewer needs. Dan is an absolute professional and very knowledgeable. Over the past year, I've called on his crew to replace old sewer pipes, install new gas lines, and install a high efficiency A/C system throughout our home. They are always very responsive and leave the site spotless clean once complete. I have recommended their services to family and friends and will continue to do so.

We had been nursing a slow drain for months and then it finally just slowed to a halt. Called RAPS and they worked us into their busy schedule. Mark came out and snaked the line and the drain is running the best it ever has.....three girls living in this house and plenty of their hair finds it’s way down the tub drain.....Thank You RAPS.

We had an unfortunate experience in my office today. Someone walked in and asked to use the bathroom. They were given permission and 25 minutes later the toilet was unusable. I called Raps at 2:35 pm and the job was done by 5:10 pm. Craig was very professional and in my mind went above and beyond to get the toilet functional. Needless to say Anderson Insurance Agency employees and clients are the only people allowed in the bathroom as of today! Thank you Raps!
