Bobby was amazing. Not only did he show up within an hour for a broken pipe emergency- but he fixed it and advised us on how to avoid future issues. He helped us with the insurance claim. He helped us a save money. (Money that would have gone to him) it’s almost unbelievable to think businesses that truly care to this extent still exist. He was beyond knowledgeable and competent!!! I use commercial plumbers every day in my business, in many areas throughout VA. I needed to have a building inspection done after the main water line was turned on for one of our properties. I called the office, and spoke with Danielle. She was professional, and prompt, explaining when a technician could be onsite, and that he would be able to provide photos of the inspection. Bobby is the absolute Best! Just finished the install of a new 75 gallon hot water heater, booster, recirculating hot water pump and a CSI water filtration sysrem. The whole experience was amazing. He took the time to explain my options and answer all questions I had. 100% Master plumber! Even made my 3 year old son's day by letting him help. Great service very detailed. I called last night for a plumbing issue and was able to get on the calendar this morning. They came out a little earlier than expected and spent a lot of time looking at the issue, solving it, and providing recommendations and advice. Bobby the master plumber, and his apprentice Sebastian were total professionals and they took pride in their work. They brought my system up to code and left the job cleaner than when they got there.

I live in a condo complex where the gas in my building had to be shut off after a report of a gas leak. When the source could not be found, the gas was turned back on and our complex maintenance came to each unit to light the pilot on our water heaters. My husband and I can’t recommend this company enough. We have been having a leaky ceiling for about 7 months now, nothing crazy but a leak that was progressively getting worse. So bad that we were afraid to use the shower - called TWO companies which essentially told us they didn’t know what was wrong but they could fix when WE figured it out - even after they put two huge holes in the wall. We are in a tough spot (as most of us are during this pandemic) and felt like we were all out of options but then I found American Professional Plumbing and I thought well - let’s give it one last try
