O’Quinn went above and beyond while providing services. The damage they saw was very rare. They worked with the faucet company on my behalf to get a replacement free of cost which saved me about $200. Amazing experience! I will definitely recommend them to other customers.

Was referred to O'Quinn's Plumbing by my sister who has used them for the past 10 years, and she has always been happy with there service. I just used O'Quinn's for the first time to replace the water heater in my home they did the job for a fair price, and completed the job in a timely manner I will be using O'Quinn's in the future for all my plumbing needs.

Found a $50 Valpak coupon the day I needed a kitchen clog cleared. Wish I caught his name, but they came by the same day on time, but that's about the only positive thing I could say. He seemed like he was in a rush and left trying to sell me on a full inspection. Slow your role, homie, we just met.
What's worse, he didn't quite finish the job, since just hours later, while lightly rinsing dishes, the sink backed up again. I should've done my due diligence, but was desperate. To HomeAdvisor I go...

Thanks, Eddie, for the wonderful service. We called him when we were having a trouble with our hot water. He came the next day and solved the problem quickly. O'Quinn's plumbing service saved my basement! We had a water heater go out on us and started to quickly flood the basement. Eddie from O'Quinn's was able to consult how to drain the tank before the basement flooded and arrived next day with an amazing 50 gallon water heater at a cost 30% lower than any where else I called! No other plumbing company I called gave me the service, time and pricing that O'Quinn's provided. Nothing negative to say. This is the 4th time using them at my home and love them. They fixed a frozen pipe that busted deep under my house as well

We needed to have a water softener/filtration system installed in our home. When asking our Leesburg neighbors for a referral, everyone recommended O’Quinn’s, due to their quality and reliability. We worked directly through Wes the owner and the office coordinator Debbie, who got us scheduled immediately. Nick was the plumbing expert that came out and was able to install our water softener/filter an hour earlier than anticipated, and they also lowered our installation charge, since they were able to wrap up early. We would highly recommend O’Quinn’s to anyone that is in need of plumbing

We had a toilet that wasn't flushing properly and had tried everything ourselves to get it working. Finally we had enough and called in O'Quinn's Plumbing. They were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Wes did a great job of fixing the problem and as a bonus gave all kinds of helpful tips to keep the plumbing running smoothly for the rest of our house. I have no hesitation in saying if we need a plumber in the future I would not hesitate to call O'Quinn's again.

***O'Quinn's does not stand behind their work and Owner (Wes) will not even call a customer back.** Was in a pinch and needed a hot water heater installed on NYE. Being Irish figured I would give a fellow Irishmen a try, boy was that a mistake. Had water pressure issues since install, called to have them check it out and was told I needed a new mixing valve and that is not something that is covered by warranty. Quoted me an outrageous price to fix their faulty install and I asked them to leave. Had another company in to fix O'Quinn's mess and actually install proper valves

BEWARE!!!! They have competitive prices but shoddy work that will cost you more in the long run. The plumber left behind a leak which led to mold. We notified O'Quinns, and the plumber came out and repaired the shoddy work attempting to lay blame on the filter, when the leak did not originate in the filter. When pressed the plumber asked us to contact the owner regarding the damage caused by the shoddy work. When we contacted the company, the owner, Wes, was extremely rude, stated he was busy with meetings, and asked me to email him before hanging up on me mid sentence. I emailed him the below

I'm surprised to see such a low rating on their page. Maybe I just got lucky? We had a guy come out today to fix a water pressure issue. He was very cordial, timely, and showed me things that he was talking about. I would recommend them and we will likely use them in the future. Oh, also he wore footies when he first came in which is always appreciated.

O'Quinn's did a great job today installing my new water heater. I've used them in the past to repair a cracked hose bib and install a new kitchen sink. My home was built by Van Metre and Peed plumbing was the original contractor. peed was purchased by CroppMetcalfe so I called them to look at work done by Peed. Our water heater had stopped working after a recent warranty repair by Peed. Cropp said they did not purchase warranties or liabilities, only business. I had a burst pipe in my bathroom that needed attention asap. It was during a cold spell, and I could tell they were swamped busy, but they fit me in because it was an emergency. Dave came to the house and was friendly and informative. Instead of putting a band aid on the problem, (like the last plummer did) he gave me an alternative solution to prevent the problem from recurring. I feel badly there are bad reviews because my experience with O'Quinn's was great.

Don't waste your time. They were a no-show*** (see below).
They had high reviews on Angie's list so I gave them a call. I left work early to meet them during their 2-hour window. They did not show up.
I called them twice after they didn't show up to get a status update. Both calls were during their business hours. Nobody picked up, so I left a message.
*** To their credit, they tried to reach me twice. Once, Deb called to tell me they were running late by 30-45 minutes. Then, Chris (tech) called to "verify" I was home before he spent any more time in traffic

I had a positive experience using O'Quinn's Plumbing Service this week. Full disclosure, I had some trouble getting a response at first, but eventually I was contacted by the company owner and he wanted to earn my business. I was in a jam when my garbage disposal was failing and leaking. Wes sent someone over to help same day. Andrew explained my options and gave me lots of helpful plumbing information while replacing the disposal. The job was done quickly and efficiently. Now, the new disposal is working great. Solid work.

This is the second time I had to use them because the first time the job wasn't complete.
The first time I used them, it had snowed outside. I told their plumber that I just finished mopping and I thought he would put on shoe cover or take off his boots. Nope, he just stomped his feet on the welcome mat and went on in. He didn't have the slip cover shoes on that other plumbers had. Then on his way out, I guess he got tired of just "stomping" his feet because it took him a couple of trips to take his gear out and he tracked from the front of the house to the kitchen and
