I never write reviews but i am writing today so other people don’t fall victim to this scam. He cares for money only and if the work is easy, he will do it otherwise he will go around and keep talking. I paid him for not repairing but damaging more than it was earlier

Tully came to my home on time, evaluated a problem toilet that had been refilling for weeks. He immediately found the problems and replaced the needed parts. Tully tested the toilet several times, made a few adjustments, and all problems and issues were fixed! He now has a “customer for life!”

Called at 2:15 pm to get a kitchen sink unclogged. He said he could be here in an hour. Great!! No call no show as of 5:45 and no response to multiple messages. At 5:50pm he finally texted and said he would call after 7:30pm. No thanks. Completely useless and unprofessional.

I called Fair Dollar plumbing on Monday and on Tuesday Tully, the owner was at my home. Tully is very professional , kind, courteous and took the time to explain everything he was doing. Once the work was completed, he asked me to go back and check each repair that he made to ensure my satisfaction. I would definitely call Fair Dollar plumbing for any future repairs
