They were responsive and able to schedule me an appointment quick for a heating system inspection. The tech was pretty thorough in checking my system and he seemed knowledgeable. However, the recommended work was unnecessary and overpriced. He suggested I have the furnace ignitor replaced with a quote for over $300 but it's a $30 part that takes less than 5 minutes to easily replace. I ordered the part off Amazon and replaced it in only a few minutes. He also said the system was dirty and gave a quote of $1,000 to dismantle and clean the whole furnace. My air conditioner's sewer was clogged. I called them to send a plumber to fix it, but they sent a technician to fix the AC problem. The technician came to my house and told me he could do nothing, then gone.

Scheduled an appointment, was told someone would be there same day.
4PM I finally got a call that someone would be coming after their next job.
5PM nobody is here so I called and they said they just finished their job and are on the way.
5:30PM and I get a call that they're cancelling all the appointments because of a thunderstorm that already passed through the area an hour ago, and he was trying to reschedule me for the next day. I asked him if he could waive the diagnostic fee and he spoke to the manager and said no.

In July, I received a service replacing a control board for the furnace after checking by the technician. After he replaced the control board, he recommended to replace a fan. For the best service, I would recommend to replace the whole furnace instead of replacing parts one by one. The parts are expensive. I called other company and they replaced the whole furnace instantly. Of course, I didn't get money refund for the control board from M.E. Flow, but I'm so glad that I didn't have maintenance service contract with M.E. Flow. Quality of service and technical expertise for this

This company is unprofessional and dishonest!!! I was asked information on my water heater which I gave and specifically told the person who answered that I needed someone familiar with the water heater model. They sent a supposed tech out who had just started working for them this week and was completely clueless as to how to even reset the water heater that I had already reset by following the instructions in the front of the water heater. I stepped into my back yard for a moment and when I came back in no more than 2-3 min later, found the tech was waiting on the phone for a tech from the manufacturer

Thank you for your quick and efficient plumbing service. We needed plumbing rerouted to install a pedestal tub where a jetted tub used to sit. They sent Sean out to give us an estimate within days of our call and then he was back the following week to start the job. We then had to finish tiling and Sean came out to connect the tub in just a couple days after we called. He was very thorough and the work looks great and clean.

These guys cut corners and you have to watch them like a hawk. That's not out of line with the HVAC install and repair industry in general, but protect yourself and inspect the work. I had an install of heating and cooling American Standard system in our house. The American Standard system is a solid system, but the installation was not solid.
There's a twice a year inspection and the technician is done in 15 minutes with supposedly 35 things checked and reviewed, so you know the work isn't being done properly. That leads to bigger problems down the road. If you flag known problems

I've had a lot of work and equipment installed over the years from M E Flow and I generally would give them decent ratings but I had a situation that showed them at their worst during the multiple day snowstorm on Jan 31st.
That Sunday morning we woke up to a cold house. Called M E Flow who we have a maintenance agreement with expecting we might have to wait but they'd arrive. I love ME Flow! It is so nice to have something serviced in my house and to be told everything looks good! How often do you hear that? My A/C unit is not new, but I take care of it, and John (the engineer) complimented me on keeping it in good condition. Our 14 y/o hot water heater sprug a leak! We called M.E. flow to diagnose as we'd seen their trucks in the neighborhood. They were able to send a guy same day to come take a look and they send you a picture of your technician so you know who to expect.
Our heater was not repairable (and 14 years is end of life anyway) so they wrote us an invoice for replacement, which they were able to do next day! They did not perform the work they verbally agreed to and then threatened to take me to court when I would not pay the full amount they requested because all the work was not done. Ended up settling out of court because I wanted to just be done with them.

We used ME Flow exclusively for 10 years but have had just awful experience with them over the past 18 months. They quoted us over $400 to change a washer that my husband figured out how to do in 20 minutes. They also replaced a hose bib with their 'top of the line' model which seized up again within a few months; they complained extensively about having to come back out, replaced it with a super cheap plastic one instead, didn't refund the extra $$$ we had paid for the high end model that was junk, and we had to pay to have drywall repaired twice. When the home warranty company contractor failed to show for an appointment for an air conditioning repair on a 100 degree day. I called my neighbor Pete who works for M.E. Flow and who I have a service agreement with to provide maintenance. Although they couldn't send a technician that day, they sent Troung the next day. We he arrived, my neighbor Pete also came over to assist with the call. They both took great care with COVID precautions and were friendly and professional. I had a very positive experience with ME Flow on my first scheduled call with them. They called ahead of time and showed up 30 minutes later within the allotted window...an accomplishment that many others seem to miss. They told me some of the options if I did one thing or another and how much each would cost. In the end it was a relatively easy Auger fix and he was out pretty quickly. I am not surprised that someone else experienced the same issue about their guys cutting corners. I contacted them because my HOA has an agreement at a special price with them. I guess since they already have a large contract, they can be lazy. I was told that they flush the drain during their visits but the older guy who was assigned to my building in the last couple of visits has never once gotten water to flush the drain nor have I heard any air blowing (if he had used an air gun which I hear is not as effective as water). First i like to say Charlie for the commercial hvac is amazing! Everytime i would email her or speak to her on the phone she was always so nice and responsive. Us being a business and having students anytime our a/c isnt working properly is alwayd an emergency because otherwise we have to close down for the day so Charlie always made sure she would get someone out as soon as possible. All the techs are amazing as well but Casey is our favorite go to. If you ever have any questions or conerns for commericial service she is definitely your go to person!

I had a Heating/Air rep come out to do a diagnostic on the system two months ago - and he said the fan compressor that was making some noise was out of balance and needed to be re-balanced for $300. After he balanced it, the noise persisted and I when I asked him what it was, he said "A loose piece that I can't do anything about without taking the whole thing apart." And recommended a new unit.
The noise only got worse so I called a different company to take a look today. The new rep found two meter cords wrapped around the fan causing the noise! Left there by the ME Flow guy!
