If you are looking for bad workmanship and office attitude then book an appointment with CMS Plumbing. CMS installed 4 new shower cartridges in my home, they didn't seal back up the trim nor did they install one back correctly. We immediately notified them upon finding out it was installed incorrectly. They came out and stripped the screw. Told us we needed to get the new parts for them to correct.
Fine. I purchased the new parts to have this error on their part corrected which cost us $415 plus sales taxes. I advised them that we just received the parts and to schedule. Cory called and

I scheduled an estimate appointment at my house a week in advance during my lunch break from 12-1pm and nobody ever came by. They didn't even give me a courtesy call to let me know they were running late or had to reschedule. Very disappointed, seems no respect for customer's time; or poor time management. Declined appointment reschedule as I cannot trust a company that is not responsive with their clients.

I called CMS plumbing to investigate a possible leak under my home. When a faucet or the shower is opened dripping could be heard from pipes under the house. I also had CMS replace a dripping faucet in the kitchen.
The faucet in the kitchen was replaced with a new one so the dripping is fixed but the screws holding the knobs constantly come loose.
The leak under the house was not fixed. On the first visit the plumber suspected it was a loose pipe and tied down what he suspected was the correct pipe. The noise seemed to go away. I was charted over $500.
The noise returned the next day. I

Shower and lavy drains were clogged in the Master Bathroom. We called CMS Plumbing on Sat. at 8AM and they called us back within 10 minutes with a window of 2-4pm. When they called us again around 12 noon, we thought they were going to cancel - but much to our surprise they requested if we were available at that time - and we said - of course! Jeremiah arrived less than 10 minutes later. He was very professional and was able to clear the to clogged drains before our scheduled appt. time of 2pm! We are very pleased with the responsiveness and customer service and will highly recommend Jeremiah

CMS was referred by a friend who said she loved her plumber. My water pipes were making a loud knocking sound and driving me crazy. Sam came out and explored everything and between him and his boss figured out the problem and fixed it. Very nice young man and reasonable cost. Will definitely call them from now on. Well, I've never reviewed a plumbing service but felt it necessary. Saw great service from Big JAKE at CMS Plumbing.
With Covid, I've had my children who live in cities stay at my house pretty frequently. Obviously the plumbing has gotten a lot of activity over the last 4 1/2 months.
I've had to call CMS twice in the last month to fix over hot water heaters and clogged pipes overflowing toilets. Both times we needed a fix quickly. CMS responded quickly and resolved the problems quickly.

My sink was leaking badly underneath. CMS Plumbing came out and repaired the leak. Next day the leak was still leaking so i called CMS and they came out in less then an hour and Sam our tech was very honest and stated that what had been fixed the day before was not broken and the previous tech had made a mistake .

Wow, seriously torqued at this company. Spent over $3500 with them over the past few years on various pluming things, and over $800 in the last few weeks trying to resolve a clogged main line. They guy that came out first did NOT fix it, as it immediately backed up again (see pictures below). They came out again and fixed the problem right this time, but now have charged me AGAIN!!! They insist that drain backups are not a warranty item. Ridiculous, I would think that they could do better than that, especially with a loyal customer and one incompetent employee. Needless to say, we are done

I called CMS for an emergency plumbing leak under a rental property. They arrived in under two hours, quickly assessed the problem and made the repairs. The tenants were thrilled. Sam from CMS plumbing came out and did a gas line install. The installation process went quickly, despite some challenges, and the end result was a very clean/neat install. Leakless, too, as Sam thoroughly checked every connection, including pre-existing connections that may have been impacted by the install.
No surprises during install and no need to "run to the store" to get one last fitting.

I have used 4 different plumbing companies over the last 5 year's. I can tell you without any reservations CMS PLUMBING is hands down the best!!!
The did a complete repipe for me. The work they performed and how they laid out the new copper is just stunning. Their craftsmanship is top notch bar none.
The city inspector showed up today and could only find one small thing to correct, He wanted an insulation sleeve on one of the pipes. 2 min later it was a dune deal.
CMS PLUMBING owner and employees are very helpful and will bend over backwards to make sure you have a great experience when working
