The plumber from this agency completely took advantage of my 95 year-old mother-in-law in Sunnyvale. She had a leaky faucet and leaky toilet: needed a new flapper but her hands weren't working so well anymore. The faucet is a virtually new chrome two-handle Moen that takes cartridges. The estimate was $525, less senior discount. The toilet fix was, of course, easy. But the plumber said he couldn't fix the faucet without breaking something and insisted on replacing with a new $300 faucet. My mother-in-law declined, but was still charged the full $472 although no faucet work at all

I had a kitchen clog and needed someone right away. They promised to have a tech come out the same day, but refused to give a time frame. That was 8am. Checking back every two hours, always told "tech will be there soon". At 4:30pm ish, they begin to say "will check to see if anyone available..." By 7pm, still no one showed up! I waited a whole day, Very bad experience!

I am a repeat customer and I think this company is great!
Mel came in my home wearing a mask and went to work. He was professional, knowledgable, neat, and the cost was very reasonable. I had a clogged bathroom sink and Mel took care of the clog very quickly.They also give discounts to Seniors and repeat customers. Mel cared to do a great job and gave me wonderful advise on how to maintain my drains in the future. I was very grateful for all his help and will continue to call Mel the next time I need him.

I called to have my toilet unclogged as the plunger wasn't working. The clog was very basic with just a large amount of toilet paper clogging it. I was charged $150. Then it appeared our house did have a water leak, unrelated to the clogged toilet, the plumber looked under the house and I was told he couldn't find where it was coming from? A few hours later 2 of the men from GoGo rooters showed up and I was told for $500 they could try and find my leak. I politely paid the overpriced cost to fix my toilet that took 2 minutes and asked them to leave thinking that is absurd price to

Ricardo Torres is the plumber you want!! Ricardo was able to successfully diagnose and repair our emergency plumbing problems. The first plumber I called in was more expensive and did not fix the issue at all (he came in twice, because of the problem came back and he was under warranty). Ricardo and GoGo Rooter were able to get it done fast, professionally and at a cheaper price than the first guy! Ricardo Torres is very experienced, he was also nice enough to point out some things he noticed for the future with our plumbing. If anything goes wrong again I know who I'm gonna call...

I called upon a Sunday afternoon with a miscellaneous blocked drain and expecting it was a Sunday I thought someone would come around later in the week. Gogo Rooter Plumbing was the one who called me back and sent an engineer to confirm the time and address and within a couple of hours, he was right beside me that too on a Sunday. He came and checked the drainage issue and solved it so quickly. The job was finished within a few minutes and everything was well sorted. I was very very much impressed and will not be heisted to use them again and share my experience with my family and friends.
