Owners, Sergio Perez and Monica Schoeman-Perez, have extensive knowledge of the HVAC field. Sergio began working for a reputable Heating & Air Conditioning company 18 years ago. He started as a helper, then HVAC Technician and after 5 years of field work, was promoted to Field Supervisor. Since then, Sergio trained technicians, provided technical support to homeowners/installers and acted as the liaison between builders and field personnel.

I appreciate the schedulers calling a day before our appointment to confirm. Also I got a text notification letting us know the tech was minutes out from arriving. My mom was home alone and the tech Trevor called to ask for access to our home to take a look at the thermostat. I highly recommend Airview great work very reliable and friendly.

Jason was knowledgeable, thorough, balanced the air circulation and answered all my questions and gave me clear explanation on all matters. I felt that he knew what he was talking about. I felt confident in the work he was doing. I was very pleased.
I did have a concern on the job that was done with the previous guy because he failed to tighten the T trap which caused a leak to go from upstairs down through the ceiling to my downstairs bathroom. I don’t think it was intentional, it was probably an oversight, but did cause some minor damage.

They were awesome!! Very customer oriented, professional and exceptional quality. We needed both ac/heater units replace. Date was scheduled and all work was performed in very timely manner. We’re older in age and they knew how important it was to have these up and running quickly. Will be using Airview AC for all our maintenance going forward.

Exceptional company! Had a leaking coil that caused condensation to build and leak. One of their techs was prompt and broke the situation down for me. Gave me options to choose from, and did not once try to push me into making a rushed decision. I believe this company is honest and looking to do what's right for their customer. Highly recommend!

Airview AC came to the rescue when another AC company almost took advantage of my elder parents! This other company tried to replace a warranty part, but was 1k In labor. Honest AirView confirmed it was not the part causing the issue, but another warranty part and no where near 1k! Essentially that other company would have tried to charge more… because their diagnosis was NOT going to fix the issue! AirView even confirmed the other company had not even broken the seal on the unit to properly diagnose the real issue!

Our experience with Airview AC was wonderful!! From Monica and Sergio at the office, to all the technicians we were in contact with, everyone was so professional, prompt, and super knowledgeable about their work. They were able to get a technician out same-day and had us up and running the minute they got the part they needed. As a customer I felt… that I was truly heard and cared about...they genuinely wanted to help us! After the work was done, they made payment flexible and convenient, not to mention extremely affordable. This is absolutely a company who cares about their customers!
