I had a issue with my furnace where it was dumping heat into crawl space. I had just got home from work when I realized problem.
I called Iceberg Heating & Cooling at 6pm and they sent a specialist, (his name was Tim) out, early the next day. My opinion is he went above and beyond for the service you'd expect to get . I would definitely use this company again if the need arose.

Same day service. Problem was complicated and Karl was exceptional at explaining. I expected a much larger bill for the time and work. No attempt to push other repairs that were not yet needed. Very satisfied. Will be using Iceberg for semi annual maintenance and future repairs.

My furnace stopped working on a very cold day, they were able to send somebody the same day. Jeremy was our technician and he was great! Very informative, patient, educated and explained everything in detail. Will definitely be doing business with them again and asking for Jeremy! I believe we will actually be purchasing a new furnace from them this year!

My family woke up to a freezing cold house at the end of December because the furnace wasn’t working properly. I called just before 8:30 A.M., and the company sent someone to our house within an hour. The worker was polite, explained clearly what he was doing, and gave me a debrief when he was finished. Great service!

CO2 detector alarming. Called on Saturday night - got answering service and was advised there would be a technician coming to check it. After 2+ hours called again. Was told there was no record of my call. Expressed my displeasure. Was told to call FD - done. Then I received a call from Iceberg tech who said there was no record of the original call. However he stated he would be on the way immediately. I advised him that the FD was also on way and that he could wait until I found out from them if there was a leak detected anywhere. Steven was extremely professional. I genuinely enjoyed the time he direct in my home, making sure everything was in good working condition. Iceberg was my Dad's idea. He recently passed away. However this appointment to service the furnace and water heater was made in advance. I'm purchasing my Dad's home. And will definitely be keeping Iceberg coming out. Receptionist called before coming to our home. Employee arrived on time and was very cheerful upon arrival. Checked out everything on our furnace, removed the burner and took it outside to be cleaned. Also checked our thermostat to make sure it was in order.The visit was made in a timely fashion, cleaned up after himself. The charge was 39.00, a special that they were offering which we took advantage of. With Winter right around the corner it gives you peace of mind to know your source of staying warm is in good working order!! We highly recommend Iceberg Heating and Cooling. Thank you very much
