We recently replaced our 25yr old furnace & our air conditioner and used J&K and couldn't be happier. From start until finish the company was nothing but professional and very easy to work with. Chris went through the whole process and explained all the specifics of why he priced out the unit he did and how it would be best for our home. We did receive other quotes but J&K beat them in pricing and quality of the units they install. When I considered getting a new ac unit, I was hesitant in getting quotes and dealing with that whole process. I had recommendations to try J&K so submitted a request online. Chris called me a few hours later on a Saturday. We scheduled a visit for Monday. He had a great personality and was not a pushy salesman at all. He actually stated he knew I’d be getting better quotes and wanted me to make the best decision. He was very honest when he didn’t know the answer to certain questions I had. They offer a great financing option which peaked my interest. He called later in the week to check in
