Our furnace went out on a very cold night. Called them that morning to set up an appt, they came earlier than expected. Hooked the new furnace up and running and set a date to come back and finish the install. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Went over everything with us answered all our questions. Very professional. They came back and finished the job and cleaned up to. My husband and I couldn’t be happier with the job and the staff. Justin and Donald were at my home today November 17 to install a new Heating System and an AC system They were on time as promised at 9am. They introduced themselves and went straight to work They were very polite and professional the entire time and they made sure everything worked , and when they were done made sure that everything was cleaned up. Before they left Justin showed me the operation on everything and kept asking me if I had questions along the way. After a weekend service call, it was determined a new furnace and central air unit would be the best option for us. We had a ‘temp’ install done so we wouldn’t be without heat and a final install just 2 weeks later. The techs were prompt, friendly and went above and beyond during the install and after with explaining all of the features and how to do maintenance on the units. Highly Recommend!

This company is very great and helped me in very a timely manner. I called this morning and they were able to have someone out to my house by 1pm! Zack was the guy who came out to help us. He was very professional and explained everything to us and what he was doing! He fixed our issue and stayed for a few to make sure our furnace was working properly. He talked with us about preventative maintenance and quoted us for future repair that we might need later down the road. Highly recommend this company and Zack is the guy I’ll request every time!

Superior did a great job from quote to install. All employees have been amazing. Justin, Donald and Thomas worked from about 8 am to 8 pm to finish in a day. I was told it would be a 2 day project. They came in got started, worked as a real team together. I don’t even think they took breaks. I had originally decided to not have water heater installed, changed my mind that morning and they had it there with the installer within the hour.
They filed all my warranty paperwork for me and made sure we were satisfied with the project before they left. Thank you Superior for this experience. You have

We had our AC, furnace, and water heaters replaced, and our ducts sealed and insulated, and Superior gave us a great deal for everything as well as a financing offer. Justin and Donald came to our place in Flat Rock and from the start were courteous, professional, and respectful of the property. They put down cloths to protect our floors and stairs, took care to fold up area rugs so they would not be trampled, and were communicative throughout the process (letting us know when water would be turned off and back on, what parts they’d be working on each day, answered all of our hundreds of questions

Great Company! Greg was knowledgeable with our needs and wants. He explained what the furnace needed as far as venting and returns. High efficiency or 80 percent efficiency they don't pressure you into installing the top of the line furnaces. It's what works with your needs. He made himself available for any questions we had as work was being… performed. The workers are great and will get the job done. They will listen to your requests as well. 😀Called regarding a AC not working properly. They sent a guy out who diagnosed and made a repair. The repair didn't work so the back at no cost diagnosed and found the root cause. AC seems to be working great now. Also the person they sent out was very friendly. This seems like a great company and they are now the company I will call on for years to come.
