Wow what a great company. They installed a new furnace and we could not be happier.
Throughout the process they were responsive and timely. The work they preformed was excellent.

You must use this company; they are fantastic!
We called Americool Heating and Cooling when our AC went out on a 90 degree day. They were really busy, but they were still able to come out and help us later that day! We ultimately needed to new unit--which we knew because we'd been told we needed a new unit a couple years earlier from a different company, but the other company told us they would need to redo the duct work too!
Americool told us that wouldn't be necessary! They fixed our AC up that day to get us by until they could install the new unit. Then they came out about a week later with

On Friday, May 21st I had a repairman come to my home because my air conditioner was not blowing cold air although the motor was working. After briefly checking my air conditioner and electrical box, he told me that I needed a new system costing $4,000.00. I asked how much it would be to repair it, since my home and air conditioning is only 11 years old. He replied $1200.00 but would'nt advise it because my furnace was not considered new. I had a leak someplace and needed some electrical work. I told him I would have to consult my husband before spending that kind of money and needed a second opinion

Just a blown fuse in the unit was our only problem and some wiring needed to be fixed. Nice guy who came out to the house, can’t remember his name but very helpful, considering I’m pregnant they came out the next day at the exact time they said they’d be out, so thank you for that! Very much appreciated. Everything was fixed in a timely matter.
