Services
Each September through October Neighborly Heating & Cooling Service, LLC offers a furnace cleaning and operational check for only $69.95. The $69.95 also counts as a full service fee, so your furnace is covered for the entire heating season (see Service Fee / Cost for a full explanation). Though unfortunate, many homeowners never even think about their furnace or air conditioner until it stops working.

While every other HVAC Service was closed, Mike answered his phone on Saturday on a holiday weekend. He showed up to our house in an hour. From my experience with Mike, all of the other reviews are correct. He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and overall I was very happy with the service. He also said the service charge is a one time payment for the entire season, if I need him to come back he will only charge parts and labor which is very reasonably priced. I definitely recommend your Neighborly Heating & Cooling Service.

I had a problem with my air conduction I called mike he came right out even on a saturday. He fixed the problem had a lose wire and something with my thermostat. He was very professional explain everything to me mike was very honest person very good at his work. He was very reasonable with the price I would recommend him to anyone I give him a 5 stars rating well worth it thanks Mike.

Called he said he could come out in a couple of hours. He knew the problem of my central air right away. He fixed it within 45 minutes. Very professional and honest. Didn’t cost much to get the unit running.

We had our blower motor go out on our furnace mid-day. We called Neighborly Heating and Cooling expecting to set up an appointment. They came out pretty much within the hour and had the blower replaced in 45 minutes. The price was fair (especially since they were out so fast) and the employee was polite. He also did a great job with social distancing, wearing a face mask, etc. considering everything going on with COVID. I’d highly recommend them to anyone in the area!

Mike was very quick to get back to me when I left a message and was able to stop by much sooner than I had anticipated. He diagnosed what was causing my AC to be less effective and was able to fix it. He's very knowledgeable and was able to explain what he was doing and also answer any questions I had. Definitely would recommend him if you need to figure out what's going on with your HVAC system.
